Interesting interviews but I feel Lawal input on the finance was not of any value if he didn’t want to state any facts he should have said not for this interview and saved us all trying to understand
Hope he is paying taxes. A lot of such businesses fall under the radar in GH. A bigger fish farm was at Asutuare (Tropo Farms), a guy wih a masters in fish farming. He was open about access to financing and quality of fish feed.
In Australia: Tilapia is a restricted noxious fish under the Biosecurity Act 2014. You must not keep, feed, give away, sell, or release tilapia into the environment. If you catch these species, you must immediately humanely kill and dispose of them by burying them above the high-water mark or disposing of them in a nearby bin.
@fjohn8985 Thanks for sharing this fact. There was a Tilapia farm at a high school, in our region, here in the Caribbean and when the student observed these fish attacking & eating one another, they decided to scrap that experiment...It's amazing how our people can latch on to some of the most insane ideas that are fielded to them, by some ill intended strangers, especially those who come hidden behind the Bible😏SMH!
Are you stupid you expect them to abandon the locals and employ you? Because u are from America so u are better than all the indigenes is that not it? People are out struggling to get employment and if there’s a little opportunity created u expect them to give it u over the ones who have been living in the country all their lives. Nonsense
My childhood friend Lawal. More wins, more love

When I see farming like this, my body begins to shake.
why?
@Jasmine Ama because I love it. I am a youtuber from cameroon 🇨🇲 as well but base abroad, so I know how important farming is, ok?
Why is the pond green?
Do they own the land they are using or do they just grab the land for their business?

Do you know that fish is one of those meats that you can eat it from now till you die you will never ever have any after effects like some animals?
Hmmm...tilapia where exactly did this fish originate?
So this one the water is not CHANGED ??😢
This is a great way to make money
He said they use too much English I laugh 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Can these fish be given to me to be exported to my country.

So many different types of tilapia
If you come from the state and go to Ghana trying to get a job you are out of luck they only hire their own
hmm.. Ghana is best for business in general in my opinion even though there are expat jobs x
