High Court Case Update (05-11-2024)👇
Today the case was taken up for hearing before the honourable Justice V.G. Arun sir in Kerala High Court . The advocate of HighRich Sreekumar sir pointed out before the courts the following :
1. The re- instatement of provisional attachment of HighRich Online Shoppe's assets is not in accordance with the law & there is no such provisions under BUDS Act, 2019 to do the same. Advocate Sreekumar has also pointed out that the favourable order from honourable Supreme Court dated 30th September, 2024 regarding the same. 'Fresh proceedings can be taken only if it is admissible in accordance with the law'. This step taken up by the competent authority comes under 'Re-issuance' and not under 'fresh proceedings'. The honourable high court agreed to the same & gave directtions accordingly.
2. The Honourable Kerala High Court has directed the designated court to taken up this matter at the earliest and find a solution within a period of two weeks time. Same time the honourable designated court must consider the directions from the Honourable Supreme Court & High Court regarding the same.

എത്ര ന്യായീകരിച്ചിട്ടും ങ്ങട് ശരിയാവൂണില്ലല്ലോ.. ഇതാണ് ഇപ്പോൾ അവന്മാരുടെ അവസ്ഥ.
