A few months ago I have gone for a family trip to Kerala there I booked a hotel through OYO and paid through online transaction but after going to hotel the hotel owner there said that they don't have any connection with OYO and during that time my whole family was tired and is on the road. Again I booked another hotel offline. This is the horrible situation for a tourist.
