Was on a Paramore binge tonight (check out their Bonnaroo set from this summer!) and realized I hadn't gone back and watched any of the WWWY sets since I went to the concert. Kinda sad that after all the dang drones flying around and cameras that there isn't any better than this, but hey I'm just glad this one's here and is good quality.
Used to see them in small clubs and she still continues to blow me away. Such stage presence and such a pro. The band sounds incredible too. My daughter was there for the whole day and said that in her opinion Paramore was the MVP :)
18:86 I was typically the only POC at a show, Maybe 1 other. While I enjoyed the shows with my friends it felt like I was the elephant in the room for a long time. You’d often get funny little looks from randoms. As if a mixed kid from Buffalo couldn’t possibly understand Emo(punk) culture. It was really cool to hear her say what she did. ❤
@@laramorrison5973 I was addressing the crowd not the band. I meant that the actual audience shouldn't stare at people when even the band has a person of color in it as backup
@@MahonyJC ah ok sorry I misunderstood. I believe the original comment wasn't talking about now though, they were talking about the 2000s when there wasn't a person of colour in paramore. Hopefully we've come a long way since then!
thanks man! appreciate this so much. it's crazy how we can vibe with the crowd, just there listening to Hayley's voice reminiscing our good old young days. damn i miss my teenage times
The audio was atrocious. Speakers in the crowd blew out. The main stage had a weird warping effect, the lead guitars were low. A lot of mid range with muddled bass. It didn’t feel like a concert. Never in my life did I ever imagine leaving during a dashboard confessional set. Left at 7 because audio was so bad.
Me, imediatily starting to screaming and crying when she started to sing Last Hope. I have no words to explain how much this song means to me... I'm going to make a tattoo with the lyrics soon 🖤🖤
44:59 - 46:21 There's something delightfully quaint about superstar Hayley Williams waxing nostalgic about stuff like the mySpace era and pirating music via Kazaa.
Thank you for recording all the sets..I was too excited to keep recording 😆 I uploaded some too though.. rock on! 🎸 🤘 btw pls tell me you recorded Bring Me The Horizon
i'v been a punk rock and hardcore kid for all my life and when there is this toudouTah rythm, i just can't help it ! I have to two step de hell of it !
@@itsover666 yeah me too, I'd love to hear my heart or brighter. I'm not sure whether maybe the songs upset them though since that album was about Jeremy leaving and I think him leaving again in 2016 etc still hurts hayley and Taylor
RIP to Josh and Jeremy, they just make the band seem so much more cohesive, Hayley personally can't carry everything imo, she's obviously insanely talented but I love the instrumentals just as much. No more pressure flip or epic let the flames begin moments. Hearing Here we go again was epic though, one of my favorites
Josh has been out of the band for 12 years, people need to let it go. They're music is so much much more diverse and rich with Taylor co-writing with Hayley than Josh. They also have performed Let the flames begin since Jeremy left and it was just as incredible.
@@Suumac_ Yeah and I enjoy most of the stuff Josh co-wrote but I think Taylor and Hayley's work together has so much more depth and variety that 2005-2010. They experiment much more which is fantastic. Joshs solo work is also incredibly bland. Josh didn't write ain't it fun, they haven't spoken to him in many years. Jeremy claimed to have written part of it if that is what you are thinking off.
apparently from what i read in an interview (with The New Yorker a few months ago), she and the band at that time caught COVID during the tour last fall. i mean, given that COVID fucks up your lungs and ON TOP OF performing All I Wanted, it might explain why her voice sounds tired and strained in that live set.
Paramore never claimed to be punk. They just make and play they music they enjoy whether it brings them commercial success or not. You don't have to listen to it but clearly many many people do. If they still made music like 17 years ago I definitely wouldn't listen to them anymore
she's such a good performer. so much energy and conviction when she plays
love that they have an ASL interpreter as their center visuals for the intro of Still Into You
Her energy is absolutely unbelievable. Stage presence is incredible, just a perfect live show. You could tell what it meant
Thank you, this is the best video of this concert I've seen so far.

Would love to see them perform their first album in it's entirety again.
i supposed they will sing most from the 1st album coz that one is a masterpiece specially in that era. my heart, brighter, never let this go etc
maybe when the 20th anniversary rolls around in 2025
They absolutely a live band. Such a high energy output..crazy
Man her talk during the tech issue fix, was so heart warming and amazing. Hayley is an amazing being.

So funny their giving you looks as if there isn't a person of color on stage literally with them singing and playing.

Here we go again=fire cool to see it live
Her voice has matured a lot since she originally recorded it
@@prometheustv6558 true.
generally speaking, her vocals remind me of Self Titled in a way while still having a bit of that controlled rasp.
Thanks so much for sharing !!! I'm so glad to ear Hayley's strong voice is back !!! Can't wait to see them in a few months
wow i really hope my waitlist request gets approved for this weekend because i need this
Glad to see that some of these artists still have it. Awesome set.
Damn! All those bands! This was history! Im really fucking crying when some of my favorite bands was playing! Nostalgic!
love the set list!! hope to see them again soon!!
So happy Misery Business is back!

Glad that Misery Business is back in the setlist but im not a fan of the way she sings/mocks the verses these days.

Why don’t they ever play hallelujah?
they have a lot of songs, they can't play them all. They did hallelujah on parahoy in 2016
Who remembers when concerts didn’t have phones blocking the view??
