Retirement in the Philippines on a compound in the province

- As a Brit who’s made the Philippines my home, I’ve learned a thing or two about the journey of retiring here. My wife, Richie, and I, along with our son Mikey, have embraced life in the province, but it didn’t happen overnight. If you’re considering retiring here from the West, my advice is simple: don’t rush into it.
Take your time before making any large financial commitments. I’d suggest waiting at least a year to settle in, get used to the climate, the culture, the food, and everything else that’s quite different from what you’re used to. The same holds true if you’re coming here with the idea of finding a new partner or starting a relationship. Don’t hurry into anything-life here takes time to unfold, and it's worth letting it happen naturally.
One thing I’ve learned is that life is all about the journey. The slower you go, the more you’ll appreciate the changes, and the deeper your understanding of this beautiful country will become. There’s no need to rush-let the Philippines show you its wonders at its own pace, and you’ll find it an experience like no other.
Hi Simon, Like the content you created. The only problem is the voice sound, sometimes was good but most of the times fading away especially when you moved the camera to different scenes. I have to use "cc" caption to understand it all. It could be that you were distance away to capture the microphone. Thank you
Thanks for the feedback...yes I have noted your point and will attempt to do better next time
