A lot of deep depression and sadness came up. Ultimately for the greater good. But wow that’s so powerful…. Need to be super gentle tonight with myself.
Love your Yin classes so decided to give this one a try. Equally as good! Love your gentle and perfect instructions. Very rarely look at the screen as I know what to do from your instructions. Perfect all body stretch. I am absolutely sure my body is benefitting from the regular stretches.

Devi this class was parfait like a symphony orchestra like the way fascia is entangled in our body and mobility to soften the fascia is like a beautiful symphony I have been very much inside mobility because I do a lot of yin yoga and qigong and sometimes is to much and I have pain everywhere my hips rips neck and today I feel exactly as you gide me was very soothing thank you.
Used this as a warm-up to a 45-minute Yin session. With this being first time through, really had to be mindful of instructions, movements and pace. Deer > Half Saddle sequence was my favorite. 😊
It was good to release the tension in the hole body. I heard my spine making noise and my right shoulder. I love it that you mirror us now, I noticed it earlier. It also helped to ease the stress of my sister in law with cancer taken to the hospital today totally dehydrated. Thx ❤😊❤.
