- We FINALLY got a reservation to Blue Bayou, so we had to bring you on this Cajun adventure with us!

The only way to guarantee seating is a reservation. If they have availability for walk ups they'll take your phone # and text you when your table is ready. You may need to check throughout the day because every time we tried to join the Walk up queue at opening (11am) they told us they MAY have availability later in the day!

Honestly I think we got lucky, checked on a random date and they had openings. We've heard people wake up at 3am to book reservations lol wish you luck and thanks for watching!
