@@popsi61 It is a Yoga Sutras students dream to be honest, because it helps SO much with diving deeper into the text and the meaning of it, because it shines a light on the words from different angles and perspectives. - Priceless peace of work IMHO. Well done! - Thanx! - 🙏

I'm a beginner in trying to learn and understand the patanjali sutras, so here goes. It is Patanjali's complete step by step guide for 'yogis' to become enlightened, by reaching the highest physical, mental and spiritual state of samadhi, oneness with god and ultimate wisdom. Listening brings benefit, but chanting brings utmost benefit, as does practicing the techniques and living life by the 8-fold path. Namaste.

Hello Popsi, thank you so much for the chant of the Yoga Sutras, as westerners we need to tune our ears, so the slower pace is most helpful to us. I’m one in a group of Teacher Trainees, would you know of any call and response audio that has the same cadence and clarity? 🙏

Hello Su, good to hear from you and thank you for the kind words! I do know of one by Prof. M.A. Jayashree where she breaks down each sutra word by word first, strings a couple and chants next and on until she then chants the whole sutra and this is all done in call/response. I dont know if she has done this for all the padas. I have done this for key sutras and you can find these videos on my channel but then got side tracked. If I am able to get some time hopefully one day I may do it for the whole book.

@@popsi61 Thanks for this info. I will check your videos to see what you have. I am a very slow but thorough learner. I do not know sanskrit however I am starting to explore the meanings of the 'alphabet' and some words, mainly for spiritual purposes. I have listened to your video today several times, very wonderful!! Your work is appreciated.
