The "executive package" costs more than my whole car cost me *new.*
The executive package also cost more than my Brand New 2019 Hyundai Tucson. I wouldn't own a LexSus if you paid me. Those cars are only for drug dealers in Australia
It’s called the Inspiration Series which is added to the Executive Package. Inspirations get the handmade waterfall pleated door panels as well Kirko hand carved glass trim in front of those pleats and a bunch of other hand crafted interior pieces such as the wood etc.

Your assessment that its a great touring car is spot on. Having leased a Lexus for three years, I can confirm that. They have excellent attention to detail, luxury touches and materials, reliability and customer service beyond compare. I'm surprised at the small trunk -- Toyota often maintains space by fitting the battery under the rear seat. Not in this case, it seems. Matador Red is one of my personal favorite reds. (By the way, you look fabulous in that outfit!)
It's a thumbs up for me specially and those flappy flaps and glass on those doors that so cool I didn't be able to say I've got flaps and glass in my doors, it's nice to see a car we are actually get in the UK as well to kick some BMW butt👍
I always loved the turning radius of my big body Lexus LS400 and GS300. They were always so easy to maneuver, unlike the Panther chassis I was used to.

I have an is300h here in Ireland, hoping when these drop to €50,000 I’ll get one, but there is not many sold new here and the way brexit is gone we won’t be able import one without getting totally raped by the VRT

I once hung a suit jacket on a rear clothes hook in a Ford Capri (in 1982), which so cleverly obscured my view that I reversed at high speed into a concrete pillar. A sort of reverse safety feature.
I luv Lexus. My LS460 has the air ride, it's great for road trips and handles the bumpy city streets of San Diego. Sport mode is quick but as Sarah said, it's not a driver's car. It's super comfortable for doing business in the back seat though. This hybrid is a possibility for me once it's proven itself mechanically.
I hear the LS430 is the sweet spot of used big Lexus sedans.

They're expensive, but I've never had my customers complain about one in the last 2 years. Except for the lady that hit someone and it set off the hood ejection system, the pyro charges are 4 grand a pop to replace and it has 4 of them :D
Back before airbags became a common part of car safety it wasn't unknown for baby car seats to sometimes be placed facing backwards as the idea was that in a accident, the baby seat would 'cradle' the child evenly, reducing the likelihood of secondary injury from the seat belt. Doing that now would actually have the opposite effect, seriously injuring a child. That's why you still see those warnings in cars.

Lexus LS 500h with Sports Luxury option and Enhancement Pack 7 (I just selected the highest options) and Vermillion Red (that's what it is called in Australia) is AU$233,099 which includes all taxes and on road costs for Vic, Australia (on road costs vary per state; Victoria being the highest in Australia.)
I saw LS 500 yesterday when I got my COVID vaccine. A lot of people were looking as it drove by.

I wish the back passenger windows were one single piece rather than two separated. One piece with that rear quarter glass would look awesome!
Another quality review. As much as I appreciate all the clever engineering in coming up with all these different hybrid drive systems, I personally would never spend such money on a vehicle with a cvt in the drivetrain, regardless of the implementation. Had a bad experience with one on a vehicle purchased new in '09.. never again.

It feels sluggish at times too though.
Last time I used the coat hanger thing was for a monthly company thing where they made you put on your Class A, so like 3-4 times a year or so, because no sane person would drive with the whole kit on

The non-hybrid is the better choice. Thanks for this review-I think this car gets a bad rap but it’s actually quite unique and beautiful.

Normally I don't comment on videos, but you might want to be really careful in that warehouse moving forward. Your opening monologue shows a bent column and sagging beams/roof joists in the background. Wouldn't wish a structural collapse on anyone.

We have a 06 LS430 and it also has an insane turning radius! Very shocking for a car of this size.
That executive package costs almost as much as a base model Camry.

If you use the maths button, you can reverse calculate the torque at that RPM. Or you could just put it on a dynamometer.
I've never been a fan of any Lexus with that "new" front grill, i just don't like it; but that's a car that we could see here in Spain, the Lexus are kinda common, but here in the N the sport ones are more common or liked than the executive versions because the number of curves that our roads have.

Her bean score is really subjective. The Veloster N got more beans or more of a partial bean, along with the Civic Type R, and those are similar accelerating or even slower accelerating vehicles...
Babies facing backwards driving cars! I've always wondered why the there is a warning on the viser on the driver's side. I think it's on both sides of the car for left hand and right hand cars, as I have seen the same thing on the driver's side in Australia (right hand side.)
