Upea video! Mää kotoa ikkunasta huomasinkin nämä F35 ja äkkiä säntäsin pihalle katselemaan 😄 Lensikö muuten nuo samat tuosta Norjaan Brekstadiin vai oliko ne eri koneet? Flightradarista katselin että sinne meni pari F35 konetta kauheeta kyytiä justiin pari päivää sitten pirkkalasta.

Does the Finnish Air Force have a policy of not doing afterburner take-offs? The F35s had a much shorter take-off roll in the video as a result.
Also, big overcorrection at 6:50!

I assume they do it to save fuel/limit noise? Intercept take offs are with burners for obvious reasons.

Getting in air in 16s and 600m. On this video. Of course we don't know the fuel and ammo load, and did they do the utmost, or just played safe.
Beats F/A-18 with extra fuel tank clearly. Sleek F-35 is a beast. I'd say wings are more than adequate.
