It's commonly speculated that "Ishtalyne Tohsaka" is actually the unnamed mother of Fate/EXTRA's Rin Tohsaka due to Ishtalyne being explicitly from America and it being mentioned in the backstory of EXTRA that Tokiomi had an illegitimate child overseas that would later have a daughter of her own. It's never been confirmed but the threads are there that you can easily draw the conclusion if you think about it enough.

I mean could be just a same name not same person kind of deal but we have zero of those during the event other than Jane. Even the inclusion of a certain spider servant and sniper are supposed to be actually those characters I’m pretty sure so it’s still an odd inclusion here haha.
@@t.h.e.animeclub Yeah. The event's versions of Jane, Sugitani, and Kashin Koji (very specifically referred to as "Kashinko") are all time period-native versions of the characters. Given the usual Singularity shenanigans at play, this isn't too surprising as similar cirumstances occur during the Kogetsukan event _and_ Shimousa. Still funny though.

IT'S MAHOYO TIME! *[Radical Guitar Riff]* I don't have much to say about "Everyone can sleep, but not laugh" mainly cause I already spoke about what I liked about it and my experiences in the livestream. All I'll say here is that it's a very fun epilogue to the greatness that is the main story of Mahoyo, involving the entire cast of the game. The mystery was interesting, if a LITTLE obtuse due to the culprit's methods. And of course, the deaths were hilarious, my favorite being May Riddle's twice over demises. Crazy how Nasu wrote like a 15 hour novel and then introduced a new and lovable character on the last two-ish hours of the game, that madman. 😏 What's just as cursed is that the audio is delayed by a second for the first few minutes of the video, which gave it an uncanny valley effect. lol 35:36 - Marvelous Mahoyo Mention! Nasu said during the development of his character design, that Tobimaru was based on the famous detective, Columbo, as an ode to 80's men who can dress sloppy, but still come off as handsome. And as we see here, they REALLY doubled down on that influence for his adult design. lol 43:58 - Aoko and Alice like it at least... LMAO 44:43 - SMH the editors forgot to add in the Alice line for five months. So I shall do it here! "Alice is difficult, you know? Oh, no, I don't mean that in a bad way, or that she's troublesome. Back... Boom? is too complicated, so I don't think it's going to be easy. To become close with her, it's best to take your time. Just like enjoying the aroma of tea. If Alice can make new friends, that's the best thing." Also he has unique battle start lines if Alice or Aoko are in the frontline with him: Sōjūrō: "From the front and fair…! I've misunderstood Magecraft!" Aoko: "Those words have a lot of implications, hm…?" Sōjūrō: "Didn't you set up any poison or traps beforehand?..." Alice: "The way you put it... it sounds like there's an evil mage here?" Also, from Soujuurou's lines, we find out that Aoko has won the Sono-G Bowl! (Poor Alice...) "Something that I like… Well, a lot happened, so I guess I can say it now ─── It's Aoko. Just keep it a secret from her." 1:03:29 - So what makes this line funny is how Rin Tohsaka (as well as a few other TM heroines) was based on Aoko, effectively making her an Aoko-type. 1:08:03 - ACKSHUALLY, Aoko's floating sigils predate Fairy Tail by a year, with Aoko's first playable appearance in Melty Blood Act-Cadenza in 2005, as opposed to Fairy Tail's first chapter in 2006. 🤓 Great Ace Attorney is next huh? I can't wait to see Sekhie meet everyone's favorite copyright dodger!
They probably just wanted it out for timing since they went in to release all of the other collections and maybe eventually please AA7 and there’s really no reason to change it back at this point cause of how on brand the name change was anyways.
considering what Shizuki NP does and how Aoko is next time we meet her (so after the trilogy) i have a bad feelings abt it, i love the trio (as ya might've guessed from the pfp i do favor one in particular hehe💙)
It might have been the influence of the Nursery Rhyme in Alice's Bond CE The next in this very lose series of Type Moon OC Sekhie reacts should be HibiChika /Hibiki Hibino & Chikagi Katsuragi (once you have both experienced most of Mahoutsukai no Hako). And I will mention this about my reaction to seeing FGO Aoko: I have to say though, for Super Aoko / Redshift version I would have liked her to have jeans, not a skirt. Just to be closer to the VNs (as well as Tsukihime / Melty Blood) attire, not because I dislike shapely women in short skirts or have a special attachment jeans. I always liked how a Magician of the present age just casually dresses in jeans and t-shirt. Not that I dislike the new art, but I always loved how casual (older) Aoko looks. (And I loved that the Tsukihime remake and the new Melty Blood kept that).
