I have 0 voltage present on VGL & VGH. I also noticed that VGH EVEN & VGH ODD are alternating between 27.9v & -7v I assume these are both issues with my Tcon board? What are your thoughts? I'm not sure if I can find a replacement tcon board. Tv symptom: TV is alternating between normal & slightly dim screen every four seconds. It looks like the dimming is caused by horizontal black lines but they are faint. Also when both ribbon cables are connected I notice a faint buzzing sound coming from tcon board, when I disconnect the second ribbon cable the buzzing seems to go away.
the cause is either the TCON or the screen. You can try to repair the TCON. Be careful, all the manipulations described here can destroy the TV set if they are not done properly. To avoid this risk, it is better to entrust the television to a technician. First of all, it is necessary to find the voltages VGH and VGL. Then, it is necessary to see when the image is correct while measuring with the voltmeter the test points VGH_odd and VGH_even. It is necessary to note on a paper the voltage which gives a normal image. Example VGH_odd the image is correct if VGL (-7v) and VGH_even the image is correct if VGH (27,9v) or the opposite. It is necessary to remove the tracks which go to the screen VGH_ odd and VGH_ even on both sides then to connect the tracks sectioned with a very fine insulated wire to the VGH and a second wire to the VGL according to the preceding observations.
How is vgh distributed into all the gates inside the panel? I have a tv with gradient faded picture on left side. I'm thinking the vgh gets reduced slowly as it moves across the screen thus reducing the brightness. Or perhaps left side cof is missing vgh? Any tips on why fading occurs. All voltages on tcon and scalar are good. In fact I tried tcon replacement and same problem. So hoping I can fix side cofs or increase vgh value.
where do these outputs go to the display panel? These are working but Im getting a flashing screen full of fine horizontal lines. I disabled 1 side of this circuit (LC1 and LC2 on my TCON) to the panel and get constant lines, disabled the other and the same pulsing lines...open trace on the display board? Seems like these flip flop between these 2 test points
@@elearningélectronique I must have a bad one somewhere is series in the display, The display is 2018 55" 4K. all glass, no side connectors. I measured these 2 voltages all the way out the the ends of the panel. last chance is a $12 working pull TCON board. Just a little gamble.
Slow the hell down pal! That’s a lot of information in a video that’s 8 minutes long and I barely understood a word because of how fast you go through things!
Your explanation is very good.
I learned a lot from your videos. Very detailed explaind. Now i know the things that i did not know before. Thanks a lot.
I am learning a lot from your videos. Thanks a lot for the detailed explanation. Please continue sharing your knowledge Happy New Year and God bless!
Excelente sus videos, gracias por compartir. Saludos desde Argentina!!
Your explanation is very good. Now I am getting more theory about the T-CON board working principle. Thank you for your support 🙏🙏🙏
Excellent Explanation ❤️...Thank you very much 👍
Very good explained with example
धन्यवाद गुरूवर
Dear sir excellent explain
Your. Explan. Very very good. I like it .❤️❤️❤️🌹👏
Very very very good video you are god
au maroc domaine d'électronique so bad! thanks sir for this works!
Thank you so much for your video post more videos
Now i know what the output voltage propagate by dc dc converter ic and the voltage name tnx sir
Well explained, thanks
many thanks, sir.

wow...
Good day sir.do you have ebook all of about led tv?
Sir , please post a video on row scanning technique of GIP display.

VGH and VGL are 2 voltages for the gate of the TFT transistor in the screen
