My LG OLED has youtube buttons permanent burn-ins in the corners after almost 4 years of use. The most dangerous colors are yellow and red.

1+ year on my C8, watched various stuff. Regular broadcasts with logos and of course movies/netflix etc. No burn-in. Unmatched quality IMO, other TVs really can't compare (even Samsung caved in the end, now starting OLED as well)

Nice TV but as an audiophile i am cringing about those lamps. Those lamps are placed where the speakers should be. You should upgrade your audio. Good image without good audio is half the story :) EDIT: OK, watched the video to end, i see you are replacing those lamps at least with something. Thats good, but i would go for seperate speakers and good AVR and not any soundbar / sonos stuff...

johto sound bars are better then any surround sound system, sound bars are like the new wave of impressive technology that blast sound into your ear canals

@@gorgon352 you don't really think a bunch of speakers within a couple of feet of each other is going to sound better than even 2-channel audio never mind a 5.1 setup! JOKER lol
Go on have a click on the red dragon and then you tell me what songs best ???

burn in is real if you dont babysit the Tv. I have heat burn in the centre of the Tv after 2 years. Oleds best picture ever but very fragile. Alot of money to spend on a Tv that has a shorter life span than a normal Tv. Bought an 82inch QLED that I can thrash and have peace of mind. Picture not as good but very happy with the size

Burn-in does not happen anymore. My sony af9 from january had a white pixel after a few weeks. Could not get it away with test screens (repairs), or for a short time.
It got less over time and is gone now.
Oled fixes it own problems somehow.
Two weeks ago I got a popup that it was time to refresh. In standby it would recalibrate the screen.
    Still as good as new.
Only thing that bothers me is that it reacts to Google automaticly. So if there is a sound that sounds like 'google' it wil listen for search commands. Verry annoying and it won't turn off.

It does just a matter of time or the content you consume on this tv

@@flizzy4645 it is random, but I found the setting in the menu. Im sure it wasn't a few monts ago.
