This is the 6th Metromorph City Video and moves outside the city itself to the badlands where groups of rebels and anarchists hide from Corporate rule. Sadly they never manage to stay hidden.....

Thanks. Glad you liked it. It's a post production effect added with the software. I use Final Cut Pro, but you could probably use a piece of stock footage of rain and add it as a Screen Layer. That's how I did the smoke in the cockpit later in the film.
