it was too scrumptious because my mother never use to eat burgers but this time she was too happy while eating that.

Thanks for sharing the recipe. I made this today and it was a hit!! One tip; once the potato sausage has formed; I recommend cutting it and continue to freeze. This way it’s easier to cut. Defiantly a keeper!!

Cooling reduces moisture because vapour pressure of water in refrigerator is very low. It pulls all the water out from them. I am a mechanical engineer....
