    Helo po maam.. Ask ko lang po ang natirang dla sa tub sa ref po ba e store... If sa ref hindi po ba titigas kung gagamitin na naman...thanks po sa sagot..

      Ung natira po sa ref lang sa lagayan nya mismo takpan lng po maigi...medyo matigas sya kapag kukuhain na nila sa ref pero kapag ng cool down na lalambot din po..sa pinto ng ref banda ko nilalalay.

    Thank you for this nakagawa na po ako ng fondant toppers & details for the 1st time at using liquid food colors dahil un lang meron ako. Ask ko lang din po san po store ung sobrang fondant na nakulayan na at ilang days po shelf life?thank you

      Ako po kasi kapag nakulayan na witihin a week lang dapat maconsume na...then lagay mo lang sa sealed na container and ilagay sa loob ng ref.pero kapag meron na tylose or cornstarch..titigas na sya ....

    Hello poh... Kpag poh ba nabuksan na ung container Ng dla, gaanu poh katagal ung shelf life, need poh ba nakalagay sa fridge ung dla, nag aaral pa lang poh kasi ako magbake, Sana poh mareply nyo ako☺️☺️

      So far po hanggat before expiry as long ang d tumigas and ala foul odor or amag po...sealed nyu lang po ma igi sa kanyang lagayan para d tumigas.

    Pwede po bang gumamit ng confectioner sugar? Instead of cornstarch and tylose?

      Magiging magaspang po ung tectuxe nya and malutong then mas makakapag absorb ng moist ung sugar...normally po ung partner ni fondant for topper is tylose po...

    Mam first time po ako gagamit ng fondant..for letterings po sana ok po b na gawin n ito in advance 4days b4 gamitin?

    Pwede po ba na walang tylose? Titigas po ba sya pag ilang days na prepare bago ilagay sa cake

      Hindi sya ganun katigas..depende sa topper if need na matigas talaga then need tylose..if ala talaga alternate option cornstarch pero magiging powedery sya and mas mabilis mag bitak...kaya extra ingat lang sa pang hawak...if pang cover lang sa cake..hindi n kailangan ng tylose.

    gaano po katagal . itatagal ung fondant po na nd pa nagagamit ? pwd po ba sya ilagay sa ref ?

      Opo maam.ilagay lang po nila sa same container isara lng ng mabuti..it can be use until before expiry as long as no foul odor or amag.so far d ko po na experience na magka amag.

      Ung mga topper yes po na need dry and matigas.okey lang room temp 5days to 1week para mag set or dry sya bago i lagay..pero if other details na design sa cake like belt na need nakashape sa curve ngcake ayun ang on the day of making the cake design ..

      Tylose po ung normally inaadd if cornstarch po..nagiging powdery texture or malutong po sya...

    Ask lng po can i use constarch insted of tylose .. and ask kolng ung Dla na fondant ung lasa po nya sobrang tamis po ba or sakto lng po ? Ung iba kasing fondant sobrng tamis po.nvr pa po akong nkpg try gumwa ng fondant im planing po sna thank u po

      Pede naman po pero kapag cornstarch kasi magiging powdery ung texture nya masyado kaya alalay sa paglagay.okey if para sa mga topper ung tylose kasi para mabilis tumigas ung fondant...kung sa tamis naman....sakto lang ung tamis para sa akin....

    okay lang po ba ilagay sa ref ung cake pag may fondant details, a day before pick upin ni client?? di po ba mag momoist un??

      or gawen ko po muna ung letter fondant then ilagay sa room temp. ( kahit po sa cabinet ng mga ingredients ko okay lang po ba ? ) kase nakakatakot po pag sa ref ilagay bka po magmoist sya eh. thankyou po in advance :)

      Wag po.mag aabsorb sya ng moist..dapat po kapag galing sref medyo i cooldown nyu po muna if meron n sya ganache.then kapag medyo bumaba na temp.saka nyu po lagyan ng fondant then deliver na po..if no choice at need ilagay sa ref sandali lang po para d sobra mag moist or mas mainam sa room temperature not to humid ideally air-conditioned po.

    mas lalambot po ang fondant liquid food color po ang ginamit kaya mas prefer po ang gel. I already used liq. to my fondant and it doesnt work.

      So far po mas madalas liquid gamit ko mas mabilis ko kasi na b blend... kaya may tylose for topper creation...optional if you want gel or liquid...in some places kasi not always available gel then they think na di nila pwede gamitin if liquid...it could help po to those who have limited resources.👍

      Ala po maam....optional lang if gusto mabilis tumgas topper...if onti kasi ung tylose hindi ganun ttigas ung fondant

      Hindi ko na po nilalagyan ng dikit if magaan lang pero kung medyo mabigat ung topper need ng suport like tootpick or straw.
