*dear sir i have hp laserjet 4000 printer ,and in my laptop window 8 professional 32 bit install ,and PCL 6 driver install in my laptop ,when i print "Printer configuration report without attachment my laptop ,printer print it correctly but when i attach my printer with laptop and want to print any documents then printer print "blank page " please give me solution for this problems..... thanks*
