I think exactly like you but i would like to add something : bad coments aren't always bad. let me explain: a comment that says "the worst video ever" is a bad comment but a comment that says "the video is not what i expected maybe if you change the transitions it would be better" is a very good comment becaus it explains why he didn't like the content and how to improve it.

I believe that if you dislike a video, stop watching it.. and move to another one of the millions on TH-cam. I understand that comments that say - “I disliked the video because...” is intended to give the creator advice on what could be added to make the video more appealing to that person.
