I literally discovered them them 2-3 months after their final show 😭 I think it was back in early 2018. The set was uploaded to TH-cam and I'm like "These guys are amazing live. Cant wait to see more" but it never happened
My cousin has multiple cancers all over her body. She’s doing a “goodbye tour” right now doing the things she wanted to do and visiting people she’s worried she’ll never see again. I was planting some seeds while listening to hyperview yesterday when she came to see us. She said she stopped listen to music and watching T.V. Since it disturbs her spirit and she wants to keep her peace about her but liked how soothing this album sounds and asked me to send it to her. This might be the last album she listens to. I love you Adrianna, and I hope this comment ages poorly and you make a full recovery. God save you, lord knows you’ve been faithful.
Have her do Joe Tippens Fembendazole treatment. Research on it. Wont cost her a fortune. They are anti parasitic. saw this one early in the morning on Rage when I was 16 and been a fan since... I'm 24 now and your musics been there for me thru some rough ol' times. cheers very much lads xx
I was 21 when this album came out and really didn't enjoy it. Now I'm pushing 30 and it has matured a lot, the one Title Fight album I can listen to on a daily or weekly basis.
It's a really weird to complain about as a music fan "my fave band progressed their sound to be more nuanced!" like, that's a good thing to me. I like Floral Green, actually no, i LOVE Floral Green, but this album is entirely incredible
Seriously so much respect for this band. They always manage to tweak their sound from album to album to ep these dudes just get better and better. They deserve all of their current success and whatever success comes in the future.

It's so ironic that Title Fight is straightedge, but their shoegaze song's are so good to get high to. They're so idyllic and beautiful that its almost intoxicating.
Remember when head in the ceiling fan came out before floral green was released and everyone flipped. This song will clearly have it's place on the album and I doubt they will let their core fans down. I think you have to remember that Title Fight often plays a great mix of old and new in their sets and a song like this would totally fit with their style.
Excellent! I knew they'd go in this sort of direction after Floral Green and after hearing Spring Songs; pushing even further into the post-harcore/emo sound. They're also maturing and really establishing a sound of their own and it's great. So excited for this album.
Marko Jimenez It's similar to other things, but what I meant was that they're defining their own sort of sound as a band. When people think Title Fight, the type of sound or aesthetic they'll think of. They're "brand" so to say (though I hate that phrasing.) It can sound like other bands. That's how music works. Very very few bands have a sound that is completely distinct form anyone else, and they're usually the progenitors of new genres. Even then you can find elements of other artists and musical movements in their work. Don't be so pretentious.
Been listening to title fight for years and my stubborn ass never gave this album a chance. I recently have had the worst year and somehow the best year of my life and I’m so glad I gave this album a chance when I did.
Title Fight could get away with being an emotional hardcore band for years to come; but, what has always struck me, is their ability to consistently be ahead of the game. What makes this happen? By being honest, they're original. And this should be admired. I've yet to see them subscribe to a niche; they always define it. Proud of these guys, always.
I am loving those jangly guitar tones and Jamie's melodic, soothing voice. This song reminds me a lot of R.E.M.'s first album "Murmur" because of the vocal delivery and basslines. Absolutely fucking stellar job as always Title Fight!
this song has such delicate undertones and yet some heavy punch in it title fight is undoubtedly one of the best acts of recent timessss, so stoked to see them in argentina next september!
I always see Pennsylvania when I hear these guys. All the great bands from PA are the same way. I feel like going on a hike and jumping off a quarry cliff or maybe taking a stroll along the creek.
always. title fight always takes my breath away. The progression they hinted at is realized in full, and with so much more. hyperview, you can be sure, will be just as surprisingly essential as floral green was, if not more.
Love the originality with this song. They always surprise me with something that has never been done before, glad they are maturing and becoming their own band with their own unique sound. Already know other bands are going to start making music like this now, but Title Fight did it first.
Title Fight definitely didn't do this first ( big Polvo, MBV, Whirr, Sonic Youth, Tera Melos, Ride influences here) but it is absolutely a great direction for them to be going in. This is a really great song
Thank God Title Fight is bringing back Shoegaze. Haven't really had a lot of good bands perfect Shoegaze since the 80s/90s, but TF does a great job. One of my favorite sub-genres of music.

They're not gonna lose their hardcore influence. Head in the Ceiling Fan was the first single for Floral Green and I remember everyone saying the same thing when that came out.
Neal Zetek Its MBV ripoff because the vocals are quiet? Thats a little dismissive don't you think? Nothing sound ten times more like MBV and no one ever whines about their music.

Never heard nor listened to them. This song is very pleasant to listen to and the video sheds some good cool and mystic feels which goes along with the lyrics well. Didnt know they had hardcore tendencies, i must check them out. Reminds me of a Modest Mouse mash with Spitalfield.
A contributor to a book about the south London music scene I’m writing said that we’re heading to a revival of Brit pop and grunge. I agree with her, but I realised that you could easily add shoe gaze to the mix. Like Inheaven, These guys are proof of the shoe gaze revival at full strength. If there’s a third summer of love in the offing, they’ll be a part of it. It’s not much of a leap to see them become a full on psych band, in my opinion.
Although this is different from there first few records, this sounds so chill. Can't wait to hear what Hyperview is like. I'll be listening to it while I get down on some sketching.
