No, there is no "in the EU". Each country has its own rules or does not have them. In Finland the phase is on the right. Note this applies even in countries that use French type sockets where the grounded plugs cannot be reversed. In France the phase is on the right, in Czechia on the left and in Poland on either.

Στο 4:34 σου δείχνει απλά ότι έχεις αντιστροφή φάσης/ουδέτερου. Έτσι ανάβει κόκκινο το ένα όταν συμβαίνει, αν το γυρίσεις ανάποδα θα ανάψει σωστά. Δεν έχει κανένα πρόβλημα η γείωσή σου. Όταν έχει διακοπή η γείωση ανάβει μόνο το μεσαίο πράσινο.
