Nice hunt! Just a quick tip for the new ones and who doesn't notice: 7:26 Both end the animations at the same time. This is a bad timing for you to take an aggressive action in most of the monsters, even more when you are close to them. Generally you want to start an action just after the monster and cancel your end animations to have some seconds to repositioning. Again, nice hunt!
Its the talisman bruh, auto guard is broken and bugged in p3rd So when u used the gunlance whenever you shoot and or went to single reload animation(not the full reload), you'll block pretty much everything Until the animation ends And yes, by the time you pressed the button to shoot, it also immediately blocks everything Else than laser and unblockables of course
That's because he's playing on pc using an emulator (called ppsspp if i remember correctly) that maintains shapes and all, but improve the grafics a lot
As the name suggest. I assume it'll guard for you after an attack or while stationary without needing to hold on the button for it. Pretty sure it won't activate during a attack though
@@nerokuryukami thats the thing though, In portable 3rd and with gunlance specifically its broken, and it cancels certain animations early and some recovery animations early blocking everything, its not like this in any other monster hunter game with auto guard.

I know you are on PPSSPP and all, but thought I'd ask, do you know of any ways to stabilize recording the game from an actual PSP? I'm having issues and don't like PPSSPP very much because whenever it crashes for me (and it's relatively common for it to) my entire PC goes with it so want to try and get PSP recording instead:/

I was surprised that the Auto-Guard is the same as the Japanese version
There's no english version of MH3RDP it was never ported only got translated but not officially
@@fdff00aki_cheanszart_faith90 true, and many parts of the game aren't translated to English

Never played P3rd, but am currently playing 3U. Is P3rd any different gameplay wise compared to 3U or are they about the same?
Gameplay wise, pretty much the same both in the same gen 3, minus underwater battle which is 3U exclusive

@Mister Jaux the first charm u ever got is the auto-guard +10, the bherna chief should gave it to you as a reward for some early key quest
