You are a fantastic teacher and I just love all your videos. I keep coming back to your tutorials. I feel they are the the clearest of all the loom knitting channels on you tube.
Hi Lechini! Thank you so very much for watching. I am happy that this tutorial was helpful to you. Thank you so much for the lovely comment. All the best to you!🌻🌻🧶
Hi Madine! Thank you so very much for watching. I am glad you found the video helpful. Thank you for leaving such a lovely comment. All the best to you!🌻🧶🧶
Oh my goodness! You saved me after several failed and frustrating stretchy bind off attempts! This video is so clear and helpful. My bind off looks perfect. My daughter loves her new legwarmers!
Hi Carol! Thank you so very much for watching and for being on the channel. I am happy that you find the videos helpful. Thank you for taking the time to leave such a lovely comment. It means a lot to me. All the best to you!🌻🧶🧶
I know everyone learns differently. After the first 3 minutes after you started explaining, I paused the video, stitched my project up, and fast forwarded. Then I watched how you completed it. Just for those who learn as I do.
Haven’t done a stretchy bind off in years and was looking at videos and looked confusing then I found you. Thank you it’s so helpful with the down up behind and left right left printed on the screen while watching your closeup. Best stretchy bind off video. Thank you!
Hi Maryann! Thank you so very much for watching. I am happy that you found the video helpful. Thank you for the lovely comment. All the best to you!!🧶🧶🌻
I could not agree more! I learned how to loom knit from Wambui’s videos and I keep coming back to her videos to re-learn something that I feel like I need a refresher on because she’s such a good teacher. I just want to add that currently, I am less than 1 minute into this video and I’m smiling from ear to ear-Wambui is just so dang sweet and her kind energy is infectious.
Wambui, thank you soooo much, you saved my life with this video, because I had been watching other ones about binding off and was very hard to understand, you are awesome, love your videos. God bless you!!
Wambui, you are awesome, I had trouble with this stretchy castoff even after watching several different videos on it. Yours is the absolute best, no knots or bumps for me this time!!! Thank you so much, I just subscribed. You are the best teacher.
I watched another video and completely ruined my cast off after a big project. Needless to say I cried a bit.😢 I am so thankful I found your video. It worked great and I love how you don’t fast forward to the end.
Hi Jeanine! I am sorry to hear of your cast off frustration. I know that feeling. I am happy that you found a video here that was helpful to you. Thank you for the lovely comment. I am wishing you a wonderful day today!🌻🧶🧶
Perfect! Exactly what I needed to finish off my “Magic Scarf” on the largest loom. This bind off technique gave me the perfect little “curl” that matched the beginning of the scarf. I’m left handed, so had to go the other way, but no problem. Your clear and patient tutorial is very much appreciated!
I usually slow down a tad any tutorial videos. It has helped me. The other thing I do is to stop & start the video until I get it. Thank you so much 😊. Great video & explanation.
Hi Noraida! Yes, I usually keep rewinding videos until I get it too. The weather is sooo pretty today. I hope you are able to enjoy - considering our circumstances. Have a great evening!🌻🧶🌻
Hi Virginia! Thank you so very much for watching. I am happy that you found the tutorial helpful. Thank you so much for leaving such a lovely comment. It means a lot to me. All the best to you!🌻🧶🌻
thanks ,l started on that loom to make a blanket so when I get one section done l will e-mail a pic, and see what you think, l got all my wool out, so if you could see the wool l have you would LOL enough to open a store. thanks again for your help.. have yourself a good day too....
Thanks, l hope it turns out okay. l look at so many hobby stores for a 20 peg loom and no go, so could you let me know where l can order one ? thanks you, your looming friend, Nancy..
Hi Nancy! Every now and then, I see a 20 peg on Amazon. I ordered my from Cindwood Looms. They can also do custom looms - for instance, if you feel you want a 22 peg instead of 20. There looms are made of wood and are very nice: www.cindwoodlooms.com/
Hi Jennifer! Thank you so very much for watching. I am happy that you found the video helpful. Thank you for the lovely comment. All the best to you!🌻🌻🧶
Hi Sandra! Thank you. I am going to add to my list of projects to do. There are a few videos ahead of this but will add this to the list. At this time, I am only able to guarantee one video a week. I appreciate you and the great suggestion. 🧶🧶🧶🌻
I'm doing a double thickness neckwarmer. I've put the stitches from the bottom onto the pegs and just need to cast off. Will this way work? I hope so. I've ruined one doing it other ways. I did the same neckwarmer years ago and it's good but I can't remember the way I casted it all off.
Thank you so much for your interest! I'm glad you liked the look of the project. For this particular piece, I actually used a multi-colored yarn, which is why you see those beautiful transitions without any color changes needed from my side. However, I understand the appeal of learning color-change techniques, so I'll make sure to include a link to helpful color-change video below. Happy crafting! 😊 th-cam.com/video/6U9tLbCU4ic/w-d-xo.html
Hi Suzanne! I am using a loom with 20 pegs. 20 peg looms are very hard to find. You can purchase a 20 peg wooden loom from www.cindwoodlooms.com or you can purchase the Kb Flexee Looms which will allow you to make a loom with any amount of pegs that you choose. Here is a review of the Flexee Looms: Crafting Time - Unboxing and Review Loom Knitting KB Flexee Loom - Wambui Made It th-cam.com/video/wsZ2Bt6IicA/w-d-xo.html Thank you for being on the channel. All the best to you! 🌻 🌻🧶
Hi Nina! Hmmm, I have never tried what you are asking. However, it sounds like a great idea. I think it will work. I am going to try it and see what happens. It will be few days before I get back to you. Thank you for that awesome suggestion. I’ll see how it goes. In the meantime, all the best to you!!🌻🌻🧶
Hi Kay! First of all, thank you so very much for watching. The gloves with the flap that you have just described sound awesome. Unfortunately I do not have a pattern or video demonstrating those right now. Thank you so much for asking. All the best to you!🌻🧶🧶🌻
Do you think you could do a video on how to make a blanket on the Afghan loom my daughter is looking on TH-cam to try and find a good tutorial but we can’t find any 💗 you don’t have to !! 🌻 🌸
Hi! Yes, I had just told someone that because several subscribers have told me that they either have or just bought an Afghan loom that I was going to have to revisit mine and show it some love. 🤗 Yes, please give me at least a week to get it up. Thank you. 🌻🌻🌻🧶
Hi Janet! Thank you for asking. However, unfortunately, I don’t have a video of the half finger mittens yet. It is on the list. (Sooo many ideas - sooo little time🤗) 🌻🧶🌻🧶
Hi Kay! Others have expressed the frustration of trying to find a 20 peg loom. They used sold on Amazon - but not anymore. This is what I recommend. Purchase the ‘KB Flexee Loom’. This kit will allow you to custom make a loom any size you want at any time. Below is a link to an unboxing and review I did. Get the Chunky size. You will NOT be sorry. Just make sure it is KB brand. Also, CindWood Looms has 20 peg wooden looms which are very nice. Get 5/8 or 1/2 gauge. I hope this helps. 🌻🌻🧶🧶🌻 Crafting Time - Unboxing and Review Loom Knitting KB Flexee Loom - Wambui Made It th-cam.com/video/wsZ2Bt6IicA/w-d-xo.html

Hi Nancy! My largest round loom has 66 pegs - 1/2 inches apart. I think it will probably make a newborn blanket --- or, if you make two panes and attaché the panel’s, it will make a child’s blanket --- and 3 long panels attached together could make an adult size blanket. I have used it to make various size scarfs and shawls. How far apart are the pegs?🧶🌻🧶
Yes, that is a great size for a shawl or to make sections for a blanket. Of course, you know to just loom knit as if you were making a flat scarf on a round loom. On my list of tutorials to is ‘how to join the sections together’. Enjoy your day, Nancy!!🌸🌸🧶
You are a fantastic teacher and I just love all your videos. I keep coming back to your tutorials. I feel they are the the clearest of all the loom knitting channels on you tube.
