Hi, thanks for the video, how long is the 6 pin cable from the ACE unit to the printer? I will like to set it up over the printer, do you think is long enough
@@simoneala3 it’s only about 3-4 ft long. Anycubic only recommends you set it up on the left side of the printer. Not sure if you’ll be able to set it up on top 😞
Hey there! Thanks for you questions and I’m happy to answer them. They do provide the speed benchy on the usb and yes it’s not perfect. However they do provide a second benchy printer with normal settings that prints in about 16 mins which does turn out perfect! I used both Anycubics slicer as well as the beta Anycubic software which is based off of orca slicer. The user interface of the Anycubic slicer is awesome! However the beta version based off of orca slicer gives you so much more control!
Translated to French: Salut!
I got mine just a few days ago and I like it so far print quality is good. My only complaint is the flinging poop lol highly recommend printing the poop catcher. Not a big fan of the slicer either a poorly forked version of PrusaSlicer. It also wastes a lot more filament for multicolor prints than necessary. assembly was definitely a breeze I have assembled a lot of 3d printers, and this was the easiest. But overall I think its a great printer and I am happy with it.
@@Creepy_tales75 the poop catches print is a must! And if I can make a recommendation, use the anycubic beta slicer. It’s based off of orca slicer and is sooooo much better. But I agree with you, one of the easiest printers I’ve set up!
@@cgold1981 I’ve used plenty of 3d printer spools and I’ve had no issues, I’ve even used those tiny 250g spools and was able to print that Spider-Man piece. And yes it does come with a usb drive with some models pre loaded on it already!
❓Q: ❓in this printer, when it prints in multicolor, does it do 1 color at a time per layer? I was thinking of adding 1-2 color only on some layers and starting and ending with different colors to reduce pooping. ie. in minies having a green grass base, but not having any other greens.
@@stravelakis thank for your comment! It does print 1 color at a time per layer. That means if you have 4 colors in one layer, it is going to have to switch colors 4 times and have to poop quite a bit. The more layers you have with less colors in it, the less waste you will have!
@@TheChosenOnePL I have printed many prints now and I haven’t had a single issue with any of the purges, the machine just flings it across the room, probably will print a poop collector next for all the waste

Hey that was just an example of a benchy printed on the hype speed. A regular benchy turns out perfectly! And I printed the speed benchy once more on a more stable desk, and the print quality has turned out almost perfect! And that’s great that you’ve been able to print multi color prints with one nozzle!
