The eyes seem to be a universal problem. You can tell by the little tab on the back of the eyes that it’s a different pair, but they must have all been misprinted. To screw up the entire run is almost impressive. Like someone turned on the straight eye machine and then left for the night. 😅
Imagine waiting for a character you’ve wanted for years, it finally gets announced, costs 200 dollars, is 2 feet tall, you have to wait a year for it to deliver, only for it to be cross eyed.

Yellow Jacket and or Goliath hopefully soon, been waiting for them both. I got the side eyes with both of my Giant Man, but Hasbro has already notified me that replacements will be sent in December. It sucks and we shouldn't have to deal with with that, but they're sending the correct eyes free and thats the least they can do. The finger articulation is odd, but I found once I heated them up they weren't so stiff. So overall Im satisfied with my purchase. I hope your back feels better soon bro.
Dude same thing happened to the left index finger on mine. Heated both hands and it snapped, when I looked closer at the break it had no articulation channel to move and joint was fused. I put in a customer service claim for the eyes and many photos of the break. Let’s hope we don’t get screwed and they give us a coupon or some shit. Be safe man take care.
I’m sorry your dealing with back issues Manny! I have been dealing with them on and off for 10 years and it sucks I know your pain!! I don’t know how you feel about chiropractors but since I started going it has made a significant difference I still have pain every now and then but not nearly as much! That and stretching everyday helps anyway I hope you feel better and that GiantMan is awesome I got mine on Tuesday and love it! The good thing is they are making it right. 🤘🏼🤘🏼

I know when I unboxed my Haslab Giant Man the other day. The one thing I noticed right off the bat is that the fingers are very stiff. I can see them breaking easily overtime articulating them.
I got mine yesterday. I got two pairs of side eyes like everyone else. I need to contact Hasbro tomorrow. I haven’t handled the figure yet as I’m not sure I’m keeping it. I’m still partial to the BAF both in terms of its size and simplicity. The last thing I need is to get stuck with a $200 figure with broken fingers.
Sucks about the finger! I received 2 sets of the side eye too. Going through my personal list of HasLab QC issues, we've got 1) Prime Sentinel has two left calves 2) Galactus missing the sole on one boot 3) Giant Man missing the straight eyes. If one person encountered that many issues on every HasLab, I'm not even mad that they are hopefully doing away with that program. I agree with you, you should not have these kinds of QC issues on a HasLab. The fingers were also very stiff on Giant Man, and I started to see a stress mark, so I stopped and dunked the hands in hot water before I moved them any further. That seemed to do the trick, but the engineering on those finger joints is a terrible design. Another miss in the design department is on the eye plates. Just a few more millimeters of plastic and they could've made them rotatable. You could've had looking down AND up, looking left AND right, with very little extra plastic. I can't believe no one in the room was like "Hey! Let's do this." All that said, as a whole, Giant Man is an awesome figure. Love the texture work. Love how much sturdier he feels over the Sentinel and Galactus. Gives me hope that they took notes for the new X'97 Sentinels. I like the different faceplates to change up his look. I think he has a great range of motion. Also, if you haven't figured it out already, changing out the faceplates is much easier if you pop the head off first. Good luck with the replacement! New straight-ahead eyes are supposed to ship mid-December.

I believe every single Giant-Man has the eye problem. Every review I’ve seen and my version all have the problem. Really unfortunate for a $200 figure.
I got two because I want a Marvel Zombies display. I’ll have to paint that zombie head tho because for whatever dumb reason, they went with the MCU green skin instead of the pale-white of the comics. Basically forcing those who don’t customize to display it with MCU zombies.
Contact Hasbo, send them a picture of the wrong eyes and your order number, and they'll ship you the correct eyes in mid December, Manny. I did. It's a minor inconvenience at best. I agree about the finger joints. The way I bent the fingers is to swivel the finger tips backwards so that the bottom is facing upwards, then I bent the tips upward towards me, and then I swiveled the finger tip back to the correct facing down position. This puts far less stress on the joint.
Got my giant man yesterday, eyes were fine but my hands seem wonky. Im afraid to have him hold figs or just to make a fist. Good job hasbro. Probably my last haslab unless its straight fire.

I didn’t get 2 sets of side eye….BUT, the straight ahead eyes is really one straight eye, one side eye. Left eye is straight, right eye is to the side. Not as much as the side eye set but still. Wtf. Yeah and I don’t want to move the fingers either.
Yo back pain is no JOKE! I just turned 40 this year and I tweak my back or something and it was some of the worse pain EVER!!! I have never felt so helpless in my life😅 I serious thought I would never recover thank God I did🤣
That’s assuming all those different teams outsource to the same factory. Does anybody know that for sure? Either way I suppose there could still be problems even with multiple factories. Hope not though lol. Galactus turned out great imo.
I can forgive the eyes. That's a factory problem and it's easily fixable, and hasbro is already on it. But the gummy hands are COMPLETELY unforgivable. Like WTH Hasbro. There's no reason that joints need to be this soft. Because of this, anyone who owns this figure will be in constant fear that they will break their figure. If you snap the fingers off, this figure is completely useless. It's not like you can just swap the hand out. People have had these for less than a week and are already tearing the fingers. There's no way this figure has any longevity. This could've been such a wonderful figure, but the hands for me is a deal breaker. I'm going to pose the hands and then never touch them again.

Didn’t during one of the hasbropulse livestreams last year they showed articulated eyes idk why they went for the eyes on plates. N for sure woulda preferred a skrull head instead of one of the regular heads n didn’t the previous Galactus prove that they calculated all the accessories in the price so why didn’t they just give us the skrull if anything they should refund us back some money

I don't understand how this is $200 when a Titan Class Transformer is also $200. With the Transformation you get 2 or 3 toys in 1. The Transformers have a million more parts which means more molds for Hasbro to produce. And they have more complex engineering. And the Titan Transformers are bigger/bulkier but they are sold at regular retail like BBTS, Amazon & EE. They don't need to be Haslabs. But this thing does NOTHING! It's basically just a poseable statue. Why is Hasbro charging so much for this? And why does it need to be a Haslab? BBTS could easily carry this item. I just don't get it. Am I missing something?
Your review should be honest and based on the item they sent you. You paid $200 for it, probably shipping, so it doesn’t matter if they send replacement parts. It was their poorly designed hands that broke and lack of qc that allowed the wrong eyes to be sent out. Whether I love the character or not, my review would have been brutal. Plus it’s not like we can nip down to the store and nab one. This will likely be selling for $400 or so on ebay and come with the same issues.
Haslab does NOT mean better quality. It is still a Hasbro product, produced using the same bad manufacturing processes they use with all their other products. It's just paid for in advance by us and will still have QC issues.

Put the hands in hot water to loosen them up.
Glad I hung on to my Toy Biz version. He may not be as nice, but I've never had any problems with him.
The articulated fingers are ok if they used the appropriate plastic for it. Pvc perhaps.
This Haslab is definitely not overpriced.

3 fingers on ours (1 on tight and 2 on left) came so stressed that, even with heat, they would break and also had the 2 pairs of the same eyes issue
