Do you know of any way to customize the way Menu Items / Selections appear within the bot? For example, when asking what type of record to display, is there any way to control the color / style of the choices?

Hi , I have created a Enhanced bot and try to put a link but unable unable to create a hyperlink. Instead, I only see the URL displayed as plain text. Can you please guide me on how to properly generate the hyperlink? and i need to publish this in wordpress website ,is it possible to do it ,please give solution in detailed
This is not available for Enhanced Bot, I get only prechat or Header, but I cannot modify the chat.

@@user-um7zs5lv7z Nope, right now you can use LWC for the chat only if you're using a Standard Bot.
sadly if you're using an Enhanced Bot then you only can use the LWC for PreChat and Header :(

Right now I am also having trouble deploying this new Bot.
It's a nightmare.
