I wonder what a cruise speed on a boat like this is?? Anybody know what hp and liter and propset. Cruise speed? How does this handle rough water? Does it pound?
Wouldn't call it an "artificial" regulation, Frank. Quite the contrary. As Lynn indicates, regulations of this type help avoid overfishing of the lobster population which, if not effectively controlled, would wind up decimating the lobster population and the livelihoods of the hard working men and woman of this industry. The regulations in place today will ensure you can enjoy a lobster at you favorite restaurant tomorrow. That being said, I understand that recently Cod have been overfished, and given that they are a natural predator of lobsters, the lobster population is doing very well. Beautiful boat, BTW. Those guys must have been on cloud nine that day.
