I was a lot like thing one when I was young it came from low self esteem and things I saw as a kid the made me a mess I didn't like doing it and felt just disgusting and hated myself after,but between growing up, getting help and learning what good attention and what real love could be I'm not ashamed anymore but do regret that part of my life I hope she changed and learned to be better,one thing tho is I never involved friends or anything like that that's a different low
