I enjoyed the story. I was grossed out of the home situation. I'm a dog mom too and I always make sure my home is clean and smelling good. I'm a germ aphobic. Clean your home before guest come over. First impression counts. That situation happened to me too in the past and I eventually told the guy. He got it. Too late. Friend zone.

Also, I dated a guy once who was so dirty too. I really liked him though so instead of offending him I offered to help/show him how to clean. He had noooo life skills when it came to that. And the rest of our relationship he was so much better at cleaning lol. I broke up with him almost a year later tho lol
