These night markets all have no water sources so the environment is very dirty and there's no way to do cleansing jobs .
Not a suitable place to make food at all .

They have water sources😂 there are different kinds of stalls you can rent, if you are running a street food restaurant or a juice stall, if course you will need running water 😂 even for some street food stalls that don’t have water source, they use disposable utensils, it’s not good for the environment, but if you are just going to say all of them are dirty, that’s just stupid 😅
