off topic but i just made the best Mac and cheese of my LIFE
for all of y’all asking for the recipe in the replies, it was 4 am and i’d been possessed by some unknown source. i boiled the Mac for like, 10 mins (about as long as my attention span) and then put in an entire stick of butter. then i decided to be fancy, turn on Harry Styles (absolutely essential to this recipe btw), and grate a bunch of random cheese I’d been gatekeeping in my fridge, and put it all in the pot. i added in some garlic power, onion powder, lemon juice, and Italian seasoning + some salt. (i think like a teaspoon of each but you can spice it up however u like). then i stuck it in the oven, stabbed the broil function and waited for the cheese to get all crispy. i then burned myself bc i forgot the oven was hot, and then i grabbed the holy spoon off it’s mount and ate it straight out of the pot.
