very inspirational video. Thanks. but one example is Gulf countries are developed only with one natural resource i.e oil. They don't have even human resources. Their higher academic education syllabus is equal to our SSC. They don't have IITians, Bureaucrats etc. where as in India we have many many resources but our country not able and never able to develop or reach their development and standards. Iam a 2o Yrs NRI researcher and Analyst. So individual development means if any one becomes success in his career or life as like becoming IAS or IPS country has to develop. from 1947 we have thousands of Bureaucrats in India But India becomes far away far away behind the development from China, USA and Gulf.. Competency is the matter. God save India from Indian rulers.
