7:40. You didn't mention what's happening here in the underwater cave. The blurry cold fresh water is flowing into the warm salty sea water. The two don't mix. The salt water sink while the fresh water floats.
I can't believe they let people dive without a proper certification. The liability of that is beyond fucking wild. I'm pretty much only going for the dives, but good video for stuff to do during the surface interval

Just left Cozumel from a 2wk stay…. Can’t wait to go back!!! My boyfriend did a 3day scuba dive hitting 80ft deep. We rented mopeds which is literally the best way to get around the entire island. The east side is ssoooooo beautiful! We spent time on the easiness just to listen to the waves and meditate. We will definitely be back!!!

Been wanting to visit isla mujeres on my next trip but the resort I'm staying at is quite a ways away so considering cozumel after doing some research. Loving the content and considering doing the surfing and scuba lessons as it would be my first time for both!

Really great video. My family and I just got back from Playa del Carmen and I was wanting to learn more about Cozumel and this video was perfect. It's definitely on our list for next Spring. My boys are all in their teens and loved Playa del Carmen. It was their first trip outside of the U.S. Also a shout-out to your Brasileira amigas. My wife is Brazilian. We met on New Years Eve in Brazil several years ago. Brazil is amazing and Brazilians are my favorite people on earth. I'm new to your channel so I'm not sure whether you've been to Brazil yet. That diving course at Chankanaab looks absolutely amazing and not as pricey as the other diving courses I saw while researching. Can you tell me what was included in the Adventure Park as well? (Food, drinks.?) and did you pay the admission fee beforehand (bought it on the internet) or did you pay it there?

The diving I did was a beginner dive so it does not get you certified to dive on your own, but it gets you a basic training to dive with an instructor close to you. The adventure park $25 includes entrance to the park then food and drinks are separate. You can pay before hand on their website in the description or you can purchase the tickets there.
I'm about to be back there on may 25th. The first time i went, it was pouring down rain which was not a problem cknsidering it's like taking a wsrm shower, but the jeep we rented had a sketchy Steering column, so we had to return the rental and didn't explore all of the island. My favorite places in the world and region is actually Isla de Mujeres (Woman's Island / Island of Woman). I can't wait!!!!
Hopefully next time when you go this month you will have better luck!! I want to make a visit to Isla Mujeres at some point as well! Have a great trip!

Ha, small world! Had to rewind a couple of times but your sunset spot (around 18:35) was right across from where I got my scuba cert (Papa Hogs,) and had my first few dives. Though, in my case, the amigas distracting me from dive handbooks were Argentine. Thanks for the memories. Heading back in July

Cozumel is not known for its beaches. That is false sir. CZM has rocky beaches and rock walls mostly. A few pretty good beaches can be found.
