Thank you for the effort you put in making this video explaining it multiple times in different ways and also showing the variations. Very helpful for a beginner like me as it makes it clear and feasible. Looking forward to trying it out this month.
Thank you for the good explanation...was looking for a good video for a beginner, but well I would never recommend anybody to practice tricks on land...I habe seen to many people landing in trees...
Hey Fede, haha thanks mate! Yeah, been busy riding and not enough filming! Should be loaded heaps more soon. Let me know if there is anything you would like?
Sure buddy! Good to have you here again! Well a how to handrag would be nice :) im looking forward to do it, so any help would be appreciated. Thanks flukes!
Oh... Perfect timing... The next trick I am learning is the backroll, kiteloop, hand drag... I will make a video about starting, progressing and hopefully dialing it and what i learned along the way. :)
Flukes Kitesurfing thanks for replying. It was more about seeing the mako board in mutant mode and how it performs as a directional. Seeing you 180 using that setup. But I've assumed you're using a mako which can be put in mutant mode. That said I've just got a slingshot Angry Swallow. So seeing how to transition 180 with a directional would be cool. As would a discussion about fin setup. Probably another video. Do fins make much difference when kiteboarding, truster, quad etc. Great videos and hope this gives some idea. Cheers.
Hey Norms, great suggestions, thanks. The Mako board has a significant single concave that gives a very reliable edge with or without the fin so it would perform very similar, however, your questions about fins is a good one and I will make a video for it. you can also check out our video for "kitesurfing strapless and finless in shallow water for fun" because as you will see, even with no fins in a surfboard you can still maintain a decent edge and if you have the chance, worth a try. Anyway, I will post some new videos asap.
Sorry for the vague answer mate, but we made a decision that if we are going to shoot video all around the world as we kite, that we will only ever divulge the country and coast, not specific locations. :)
Always advantageous to watch these.

Mako? Ever tried in mutant? Would be good to see a vid with this board in mutant as there's nothing on the net.
Hey Norms, do you mean you would like a video for a pop 180 on a directional board? Like a surfboard? If so, yeah, I could make that one for you :)

kiting on a river, never seen that before..
I can to that... so easy...
You're doing yourself a disservice with crappy washed out audio, mic hood soooo simple. Otherwise top marks as always.
