Its 2024 and I am still obsessed with this anime and obviously kanon is the best girl not to invalidate the others because in my opinion Keima loved them all and they all loved him but he couldn't just let them all love him because that would be wrong. But in my opinion at least kanon is the best because she changed keima to try and help all the girls because with the kanon conquest keima actually helped her move past her troubles and didn't just take the easy way out and say that he would always stay with her. Nao Touyama's voice acting and singing debut as Kanon reminds me so much of Maaya Sakamoto's debut as Hitomi Kanzaki in the 1996 classic anime The Vision of Escaflowne. What a breakout role this was. To this day this is my favorite character that Nao Touyama voices.
And it's where she sounds the most natural and different compared to her later roles. Most of her other roles sound way too much like Karen (Kiniro Mosaic) or Chitoge (Nisekoi).
