First thing after arriving in Bangkok I always fly to Udonthani to see the family. FUN FACT-the Udonthani airport used to be the American air-force base. Udon as a town is ok. I get bored after a week. Best trip was with my brothers and a niece without our Thai mom. We didn’t speak any Thai so that was fun trying to communicate. I sure miss my Thai family.
