Sas the one fruit you picked the light green with spots is called Noni. Sometimes know as the cheese fruit for its pungent smell and flavor. This fruit is consumed not for its flavor, but for its amazing medicinal properties. Noni is often used to relieve pain, lower cholesterol, prevent stroke, and treat bacterial infections. It can be eaten when fully ripe, should be soft and squishy, or made into a juice :)

Yep, you can find them all over the Caribbean Archipelago. I'm from Puerto Rico and i remember that one of my grandfather figures loved to make juice from them, only problem is it would stink up the house for like a week.

That fruit you picked that you didn’t know what it was.. it’s called Noni. In Hawaii we use the noni juice as medicine for healing because it has a lot of potassium and vitamins. Growing up we were taught if you ever had a sprain ankle or anything that hurts, you heat up the leaves and wrap it around the sore area. Supposed to help it heal faster.

I love these vlogs from thailand. But the only thing that makes me cringe is the frequent use of single-use plastic bags.

Thank you for this, so refreshing... In Jamaica 🇯🇲 the Rambutan is called lychees, the fruit you've picked that you said can make sauce like pawpaw is called noni

19:40 oh my! That's a HUGE part of my childhood. We had one big tree here near my home. I never liked the smell nor the taste, but it was a fun ingredient for my pretend play cooking! 😂 we call it kersen/keres/beleci here in indonesia
