    Nice video brother. One tip I’ll offer is this: At the end of your videos you should ALWAYS give a call to action. If you have another video on a similar topic, direct them to it at the end of the video and place that video as your endscreen. This will keep more people on your channel and it will tremendously help to grow your channel. The content is solid. Good job man. Keep at it 👊🏼

    Thanks for uploading! Do you know if the carpet squares can be installed over Interlocking Foam Exercise Floor Mats? That’s what’s down now and the extra padding would be nice.

    • @RapidRepair

      I’m sure you can if you want to, However carpet tiles over such a squishy underlayment would likely cause the edges to tip up when walked on. You could purchase just 1 box and test it. Good luck.

    Great video, thank you! Quick question - do you tuck the tiles under the baseboard (like traditional carpet) or have them butt up to them? It looks like you measured and cut to the baseboards. I couldn't tell if your baseboards were installed a little lower (than normal) because you were not going under. Cheers.

    • @RapidRepair

      Great question. These baseboards are low so just butting the carpet up to it closed up nicely. No gaps. If your baseboards are too high sliding underneath would be nice and hopefully no gaps. This stuff is so easy to work with 🛠️🛠️

    Do these hold on a concrete floor.. mine has a sealer on it with a little grit?

    • @RapidRepair

      Yes I think you’ll be totally fine directly over concrete. Carpet tiles will never be as soft as traditional carpet with pad, but it has so many other advantages. It is worth it for sure.

    Can this tile be vacuumed with out the corners unsticking to the floor?

    • @RapidRepair

      I’ve not seen a problem with vacuuming at all. They sell millions of carpet tiles per year. Although in commercial installs they use floor glue, not needed for residential 😊👍🏼

  • @franciscopiedra3982

    Hi, just to confirm, the stickers are the only thing holding the carpet together and to the subfloor? There’s no additional adhesive needed or peal and stick on the back of the tiles? Thank you

    • @RapidRepair

      That is correct. I have seen some carpet tiles with peel & stick backing. However, it’s not necessary with this one and most of them. This is technically a floating floor, the sticky tabs are literally only holding the corners down so when you vacuum and things like that, they don’t pop up. It works very good. We have not had any problems at all. Good luck 👍🏼🛠️

    Do you think a moisture barrier would be needed under the carpet tile if their being installed in a basement?

    • @RapidRepair

      I honestly don’t think so. Do you run a dehumidifier in the summer?
      A moisture barrier test you can run is cut a square of plastic (like 2x2 foot) tape it securely down to the concrete floor. Check it in a few days if water droplets / condensation has formed under the plastic sheeting 🛠️🛠️
