    Thanks for the tips!
    When I searched the Healadvisor app for my sleep problems, the Pineal Gland came up among other things. Any experience with running that in Bio Vitalization?

    Wonder why you didn’t attach with the coil or the wristbands while using the sleep program?

      It's just a personal preference - I prefer a more subtle vibration when I'm at rest.

    when you said you could do a muscle test to see how long you should vibrate the Aura app", what did you mean? How do you to a muscle test?

    What you say is helpful but it would be so nice not to have the distracting music that is , in my opinion , unnecessary and doesn't add anything to your clear presentation. Just my opinion of course...
