Connor’s channel is mostly for men looking to date Eastern European ladies but he also talks about other things that are useful for males and females. I think the reason why some Western men fail at dating Eastern European ladies is because their expectations are extremely high and a bit outdated from what I see with my friends.
I've heard many times of that scam where an attractive young woman takes you to a restaurant of her choosing and the dude gets ripped off by hundreds of euros. It's predominant in Eastern Europe but it can happen elsewhere too. This scam just doesn't get old.
A scam is like sex, It takes 2. So if you school yourself and do not let it happen to you then you are taken out of the equation and the scammer moves on

The whole discussion of “tips” for dating a certain ethnicity or locale seems a bit disingenuous. Firstly, consider what your goals in dating are: friendship, companionship, life mate to marry, mere sexual gratification (which I never endorse for many reasons). No matter what the end-goal, shouldn’t it always start with a genuine friendship, based on commonly liked activities, values, energy levels, and liked appearance (may not be my “dream”, but has some very likable physical qualities, e.g.). Most of these values and likes are discovered through casual conversation, at social circles or work, where there could be additional opportunities to explore further, repeated access to learn more and observe consistency in mannerisms. Not saying that occasional acquaintance dates couldn’t be opportunity to foster a friendship, but friendships should always be your goal. For men, at least, who have in mind long-term relationship or marriage goals, physical appearance is important because a man would not want to have sexual intercourse with someone he finds physically unattractive later in life, unless the personality attraction is superior. Perhaps the same can be said about all women - they prefer a man who “cleans up well” despite having to work in the dirt (men, tend to your fingernails, trim, clean beneath, smooth edges). Brush your teeth and sanitize your breath! A relationship should include fun, humor (but nothing forced), and time away from each other, as well, to allow for rest and reflection. Having too many expectations regarding customs (can introduce artificial roadblocks), yet attention to simple courtesies and attention to details can help to illustrate your focus on pleasing others for their sense of worth (especially if you do these courtesies with a genuine intent and confidence). If you are dating with the intent of “landing them in the sack”, then your dating is self-motivated, self-absorbed, and will ultimately lead to a failed short-term relationship in the end. In the past differences between the women of East Europe and those of Western Europe were great because of the social, cultural and economic context. Nowadays things have changed a lot and they are more open-minded and above all free to travel, live and marry whoever they want, or remain in their own country. Wow, Alina! So good to see you share with Connor. I have learned so much from him when it comes to the dating scene. You asked all the right questions, and they are ones that need to get into the heads of both parties. I was fortunate to meet mine, she actually had visited the U.S. about 3 yrs ago with her girlfriends. It was a chance meeting at a convenience store, so I know that things happen when you least expect them. She came back again 3 months later with her daughter, she was just 11 at the time, and we spent a lot of time just being easy and enjoying things she wanted to see. She went home and we communicated by online video 3 times a week and a phone call every month. That is the bulk of the story, and it has been an experience I would never trade with anyone. I think her daughter helped things along, she never had a father figure, and she was the strongest support for both of us, she wanted me there as much as her mother. Yes things are a lot different today with both of us, and it is my blessing to have it. Now, you may suspect it, but I can tell you now that we will be married in December and look forward to her being a very important part of my business. Alina, you're really killing the collabs lately! In my opinion, I think men get come to Ukraine and Russia with blinders on, thinking their going to find the ideal woman; beautiful, traditional, etc. They are impatient and don't see the scammers coming their way in their quest to find love and their ideal wife. Also, I think some feel they can come over with their fat wallets and the women will just line up for him to take his pick from. Not all women are gold diggers, some are, but some just want what most want, happiness and love. Unfortunately, there have been horror stories and these woman have gotten a bad rap.
This is true. Normally the Ukrainian woman is blamed and it's a blanket blame. One rotten apple doesn't mean all are bad and the good have to prove that they are not gold diggers in the process they over compensate and suffer at the hands of men who want a submissive woman.
I met a woman in Ukraine on my second trip visiting relatives,she worked at the restaurant near my hotel. I asked my waitress about her she said Oh she speaks English.She didn’t, her friend was match making😂. I was very impressed by how strong and independent woman she is,but still try to feed me enough food at each meal that I wouldn’t need to eat for a week.She raised her daughter on her own I can imagine that was not the easiest thing to do .She was not in a hurry to think I was okay I was scrutinized big time. My Ukrainian friend just came back to Los Angeles from Kyiv 3 weeks ago. She said the marriage and dating services in Ukraine are still going strong despite of all the scams being exposed on the internet. She feels that many Western men feel that it won't happen to them and that they will be part of the 1% who will get it right. That's probably their chance of meeting the right girl - 1%.
Some years ago I met someone who had married a woman from a Eastern European country through online matchmaking service. He said he had given up on dating American women because... insert a variety of dumb excuses guys make because they can't meet women... So he spent a ton of money to meet this woman and was smitten. When I ran into him a few years later, she was gone. Left him within a month of receiving her Green Card. It must have taken this woman so much mental effort to stay married to this creep for the two or three years it takes for your Green Card to become permanent. And there is no way nobody warned the guy ahead of time about this exact scenario.
Both Ukrainian and American women (more so) are quick to divorce. The stats don’t lie. Like Conor just said, if you want a traditional woman who won’t divorce you, you’ll find that in the Caucuses but not Ukraine.

I went to Ukraine (...and Russia as well) in 2019, and wasn't looking to find love, though I of course noticed that, yeah, women in Ukraine, specially in Odessa, are very good looking, specially when compared with North American women, including Québec, which is where I'm from (...Québec has the reputation for having some of the prettiest women in North America! ), BUT, I haven't noticed any "9"s or "10"s older than 35 years old: it seemed to me that Ukrainian/Russian women are sublime at a young age, but we can't say so as they grow older!! Also, women there are always dressing as if they're going to some wedding just to go to the grocery store, unlike here where woman would put sunglasses on when they don't want to dress up and put makeup! Ah Yes, the vagina trail. Maybe we should call it the Treasure Trail. Conner did a fine job althought his audio could be better. My lesson learned was to plan to be a resident if one wants a higher quality woman. But that is not news, it is true anywhere. Now in my mid 70s, I have concluded that unrealistic expectations ruin most things. It is better to know yourself first before trying to find a mate. Anyone who is cash straped and tries to buy a date is heading into disaster. Alternative, if one is not cash straped and trys to buy a date is then one will be getting a gold digger. Alina, You are a Ukrainian yourself so I was surprised that you got in an expert on the show. Now having said that, yes lots of Ukrainian women are looking for relationships. I know that as several dating sites are dominated by Ukrainian women. I wouldn't be surprised about being scammed. I visited Poland just after it got its independence and found that women were pursuing men from outside the country. So scamming happens due to utter poverty. Now I'm not saying that this is the case in Ukraine but scamming happens all over the world and normally by women who are in desperate need of money.

Being a foreigner and not really understanding the culture and language will be a huge disadvantage unless your some kind of super talented Polyglot. A very generalized and controversial statement. The union of two people is not a one-sided process. And irresponsibility is a common tragedy. Both the West and the East. Both women and men. Moreover, according to statistics, there is more irresponsible attitude towards creating a family among women at the stage of choosing a partner. And this is understandable given the basic female psychology. But a woman takes more risks in a relationship, so it`s also in her interests to create a strong, conscious relationship where everyone clearly understands why they are together.
I wasn’t looking when I met my wife in my hometown (Los Angeles) where there is a large Ukrainian population. My brother met his girlfriend during the 2018 Independence Day celebration held at the L.A. Ukrainian Cultural Center. I guess we are the fortunate ones, both couples, to make it workout.

I've been to Ukraine 7 times ( in 3 months blocks ) . From what I know .... DO NOT USE DATING SITES. The best way to meet and have a long term relationship/ marriage etc is by learning the language, learn the culture and history, then do charity work and live there .... you will in time slowly meet people, make Ukrainian friends, assimilate and hopefully meet someone special like I did. Now I am married to a beautiful feminine Ukrainian loving wife from Nikolaev and we have a beautiful 10 month old boy. You have to understand that it takes time, money, patience , and understanding of culture. It's worth all the work you put into it for sure. All I hope is that Ukraine and Eastern Europe do not become westernized. That would be extremely sad and depressing. Ukraine has a beautiful charm, and it's people are so different to westerners... that's the appeal of it all. Western civilization is dying a horrible insane death. Eastern Europe is the last bastion of sanity and hope.
I don't like the attitudes of many American and Canadian women but I at least understand the culture. Women are friendlier in other countries but they come from cultures with different expectations. When you marry many foreign woman you are marrying the whole family. Cultural differences over seemingly small things can be a real problem.
I agree theres ALOT of scammers in Ukraine. i have never been scammed except in the beginning when i tried a pay letter site because I was naive. I watched Conor's videos and was able to understand the most common scams. I was able to meet one decent woman a month usually from a small cities and Kharkiv. Currently in Sweden its very westernized but the most of the men have no game and I have a small social circle here unlike Ukraine. Also english is common. So will give it a whirl for 3months then go back to Ukraine.

I have been to UKRAINE 3 times and went EACH TIME with a genuine effort to find a long term partner. I spend my shore leave with her, 3days and 3nights. The morning that I'm about to go onboard she keeps on crying. I see many of the same parallels in Colombia. Many guys in the west are tired of western women (so am I), but thinking that your answer to your problem is overseas without really working on yourself is not the answer. This is why so many dudes get completely scammed. Gents, women from all over will still be women. Sure, traditional women are always better, and feminist women are largely trash, but the thing to understand is that social media and dating apps have really blurred the lines and you really have to do your homework before that gorgeous young girl scams you in a way you didn't see coming.
Ukraine has been home to a lot of people: Greeks, Turks, Poles, Moldovans, Jews, Gagauz, Tatars, Fino-Ugrians, etc. And it is all one nationality, and the people are beautiful, not only the girls but also the guys! In my opinion, I think men get come to Ukraine and Russia with blinders on, thinking their going to find the ideal woman; beautiful, traditional, etc. They are impatient and don't see the scammers coming their way in their quest to find love and their ideal wife. Also, I think some feel they can come over with their fat wallets and the women will just line up for him to take his pick from. Not all women are gold diggers, some are, but some just want what most want, happiness and love. Unfortunately, there have been horror stories and these woman have gotten a bad rap.

I asked my waitress about her she said Oh she speaks English.She didn’t, her friend was match making😂. I was very impressed by how strong and independent woman she is,but still try to feed me enough food at each meal that I wouldn’t need to eat for a week.She raised her daughter on her own I can imagine that was not the easiest thing to do .She was not in a hurry to think I was okay I was scrutinized big time. She feels that many Western men feel that it won't happen to them and that they will be part of the 1% who will get it right. That's probably their chance of meeting the right girl - 1%.
Well. It so easy to meet women you don’t need a dating agency. You can meet them online, at the store, on the street, through a friend.
Language is by far the largest barrier. Some dudes go to Colombia for example, not knowing a lick of Spanish.

Some years ago I met someone who had married a woman from a Eastern European country through online matchmaking service. He said he had given up on dating American women because... insert a variety of dumb excuses guys make because they can't meet women... So he spent a ton of money to meet this woman and was smitten. When I ran into him a few years later, she was gone. Left him within a month of receiving her Green Card.
It must have taken this woman so much mental effort to stay married to this creep for the two or three years it takes for your Green Card to become permanent. And there is no way nobody warned the guy ahead of time about this exact scenario.
Both Ukrainian and American women (more so) are quick to divorce. The stats don’t lie. Like Conor just said, if you want a traditional woman who won’t divorce you, you’ll find that in the Caucuses but not Ukraine.

I went to Ukraine (...and Russia as well) in 2019, and wasn't looking to find love, though I of course noticed that, yeah, women in Ukraine, specially in Odessa, are very good looking, specially when compared with North American women, including Québec, which is where I'm from (...Québec has the reputation for having some of the prettiest women in North America! ), BUT, I haven't noticed any "9"s or "10"s older than 35 years old: it seemed to me that Ukrainian/Russian women are sublime at a young age, but we can't say so as they grow older!! Also, women there are always dressing as if they're going to some wedding just to go to the grocery store, unlike here where woman would put sunglasses on when they don't want to dress up and put makeup! Sorry for sounding macho, just wanted to be clear....good video again Alina, good job!!

Ah Yes, the vagina trail. Maybe we should call it the Treasure Trail. Conner did a fine job althought his audio could be better. My lesson learned was to plan to be a resident if one wants a higher quality woman. But that is not news, it is true anywhere. Now in my mid 70s, I have concluded that unrealistic expectations ruin most things. It is better to know yourself first before trying to find a mate. Anyone who is cash straped and tries to buy a date is heading into disaster. Alternative, if one is not cash straped and trys to buy a date is then one will be getting a gold digger. Much better to be realistic in the goal definition. And yes, Alina did another excellent job and I hope she has other interview such as this one but with better audio. Thanks!

You are a Ukrainian yourself so I was surprised that you got in an expert on the show. Now having said that, yes lots of Ukrainian women are looking for relationships. I know that as several dating sites are dominated by Ukrainian women. I wouldn't be surprised about being scammed. I visited Poland just after it got its independence and found that women were pursuing men from outside the country. So scamming happens due to utter poverty. Now I'm not saying that this is the case in Ukraine but scamming happens all over the world and normally by women who are in desperate need of money.

The biggest mistake most men going to Ukraine, or other Eastern European countries, is that they actually believe it's the women in their own country that is the problem, never themselves. If they can't find a girl for a relationship in their own country, they have no hope in a country with completely different culture and language.

A very generalized and controversial statement. The union of two people is not a one-sided process. And irresponsibility is a common tragedy. Both the West and the East. Both women and men. Moreover, according to statistics, there is more irresponsible attitude towards creating a family among women at the stage of choosing a partner. And this is understandable given the basic female psychology. But a woman takes more risks in a relationship, so it`s also in her interests to create a strong, conscious relationship where everyone clearly understands why they are together.
I wasn’t looking when I met my wife in my hometown (Los Angeles) where there is a large Ukrainian population. My brother met his girlfriend during the 2018 Independence Day celebration held at the L.A. Ukrainian Cultural Center. I guess we are the fortunate ones, both couples, to make it workout.

I've been to Ukraine 7 times ( in 3 months blocks ) . From what I know .... DO NOT USE DATING SITES. The best way to meet and have a long term relationship/ marriage etc is by learning the language, learn the culture and history, then do charity work and live there .... you will in time slowly meet people, make Ukrainian friends, assimilate and hopefully meet someone special like I did. Now I am married to a beautiful feminine Ukrainian loving wife from Nikolaev and we have a beautiful 10 month old boy.
You have to understand that it takes time, money, patience , and understanding of culture. It's worth all the work you put into it for sure.
All I hope is that Ukraine and Eastern Europe do not become westernized. That would be extremely sad and depressing. Ukraine has a beautiful charm, and it's people are so different to westerners... that's the appeal of it all. Western civilization is dying a horrible insane death. Eastern Europe is the last bastion of sanity and hope.

I agree theres ALOT of scammers in Ukraine. i have never been scammed except in the beginning when i tried a pay letter site because I was naive. I watched Conor's videos and was able to understand the most common scams. I was able to meet one decent woman a month usually from a small cities and Kharkiv. Currently in Sweden its very westernized but the most of the men have no game and I have a small social circle here unlike Ukraine. Also english is common. So will give it a whirl for 3months then go back to Ukraine.

I have been to UKRAINE 3 times and went EACH TIME with a genuine effort to find a long term partner. I realize there are some guys who go there for the se* tourism but many of us go (or went) there to find a woman who hasn't developed the disease of impossible-unrealistic expecations OR the 'guys are as disposable as diapers' mentality of many Western and US women. I see many of the same parallels in Colombia. Many guys in the west are tired of western women (so am I), but thinking that your answer to your problem is overseas without really working on yourself is not the answer. This is why so many dudes get completely scammed. Gents, women from all over will still be women. Sure, traditional women are always better, and feminist women are largely trash, but the thing to understand is that social media and dating apps have really blurred the lines and you really have to do your homework before that gorgeous young girl scams you in a way you didn't see coming.
Ukraine has been home to a lot of people: Greeks, Turks, Poles, Moldovans, Jews, Gagauz, Tatars, Fino-Ugrians, etc. And it is all one nationality, and the people are beautiful, not only the girls but also the guys! If there were no "aggressive neighbor" from the East, we could only think about relationships!
