We had to buy a case in Edinburgh, between our two cruises. Wheel fell off. As soon as we got off the bus from the airport, there was a TK Maxx..in we go with our broken case, find a new one and proceed to unpack and transfer everything right there in the store! The shop clerks were so kind, they disposed of our old case for us!!

In the early 90s, me and my dad were wandering around the local fete, when we suddely heard music...we looked at each other and said 'that sounds like The Wurzels'?! We thought we'd had too much sun/cider, but we rounded the corner and lo and behold, there they were ...still in neckerchiefs and smocks. And every song sounded a bit like 'I've got a brand new.....' 😅 I'd forgotten all about that, and my dads now gone - so thanks for the funny memory. Oh yes, and great video as usual 😊🎉

Ohhhh those bloody marys at the Pig! I was on Panorama this year and they have that bar too and I finally had to start asking for them naked because my bacon consumption was becoming alarming. The bacon is candied, btw, and that's not pickle juice, that's vodka in that container with all the veg. At least it was on Panorama. I can't wait to get another one! We'll be on the Celebration in February for a 2 week b2b. I have had so much fun hearing your perspective, being both first time Carnival cruisers and English. There are so many Carnival bashers out there, and I'm glad you enjoyed. That's the line I cruise on. The danged casino keeps throwing me free cruises and I keep catching...keeping me from trying other lines! Also, I bring collapsible metal straws. I'm with you on the candy ones. They're disgusting!
We had a great time, would definitely cruise with carnival again! The bacon was so good, loved it. Oh the barman said it was pickle juice....

That is bad when they put the tables for two so close together! That is a deal breaker for us and if they can't find us a table away from that, we will just eat elsewhere.

My husband and I went on a Carnival Cruise in February and we were concerned about the closeness of the tables in the dining room at first. However, without exception, we ended up sitting next to the nicest guests and had great conversations with many of them. This was a really fun bonus that I wasn’t expecting and we are both introverts, but decided to be open to the experience. Love your channel!

6000 passangers 😢 we stopped cruising when the passenger number exceeded 1500 and silver service at meals was confined to history.
River cruising is now our thing. Only 150 guests.
