You are a gentleman and a scholar. I am hoping to have some of your doors printed soon. The only thing I have to add to this is you can get slim profile right angled adapters for your headphone port. I’m using one on my AES Neo Geo. They’re cheap and will reduce your mental anxiety. I cannot bring myself to drill holes in the case.

Remember the issues with the original Analogue Nt scratching cartridges? It’s because it didn’t have the two perpendicular ridges on each door that reduce the surface contact area. Without those there is a lot more friction and surface to surface contact. This is why you see those ridges on absolutely every original cartridge door. Heck, even the front-loading NES had two ridges on the bottom of the cartridge tray so the back of the game pak doesn’t slide on a flat surface, dragging and getting scratched with whatever contaminates are in between.
I made sure they were there when I made my Neo Geo AES replacement doors. Consider adding these ridges to yours. They are demonstrably functional and give it more of a professional/original appearance since they all have it (for a functional reason).

I'll keep an eye out, if it happens I'll update the model.
