Not sure if it 's concrete or mud bottom but there is structure in there. I have gotten hung casting all over that place. Also, they will spawn on concrete bottoms they take what their environment gives them to survive. Thanks!!

I think when it rains sand washes to the bottom with the grass near by I'm sure it has a sand bottom even being made of concrete

I fished that spot last week didnât get a bite.
It's hit and miss out there. I haven't been under the bridge in a moment. I am thinking early mornings with minnows should get you some in the cooler.
