Legit sorry to say to jay but I feel for kai more he just lost his sister who he basically raised himself and who he started being a ninja for like if yall go back to the first season the only reason he even stayed at the monestary was because nya wanted him too he doesn't have much reason to stay anymore at this point maybe for his friends but his sister is the most important to him
