  • Neolithic stone ball carving explained by Chris Gee at our first 'Swandro Sunday' special event. Thank you to the Heritage Lottery Fund of the National Lottery for their 2018 'Sharing Heritage' Grant which enabled us to have reenactors and workshops during the 2018 excavation.

Beautiful, there is so much detail in the making of carved stone balls.

Teneis algún video del proceso desde cero? Para tener una referencia visual de la base sobre la que trabajar

What makes you think it’s Neolithic?

The type of stone ball that Chris is recreating is generally thought to be Neolithic, we do have dated examples from some sites, there's more info at: www.scottishheritagehub.com/content/524-%E2%80%98special%E2%80%99-stone-artefacts-eg-carved-stone-balls-and-maceheads
