You should try out the Ki-44 hei and Ki-61 otsu. They're absolutely nuts in air AB and can easily carry a team if you maintain your energy advantage
Do you think you could make videos on the VG.33, P-43, J 22, D.500/501/510, Re.2000/2002, and/or Fokker D.XXI? They're real hidden low tier gems (imo) that none of the CCs seem to cover.
I played arcade with my friend at 1 pm today
Arcade: fast paced multi life game mode
Realistic: one life, strategic gameplay
Sim: hope you can spot dust moving through trees, or just enjoy your flight
New Player: Wait? Plane or Smudge? ACH SMUDGE KILLED ME!

What i enjoy about arcade low tier is the pure waffeling that players would perform like in the air suicide ramming bombers with their under tiered planes and seeing the poor soul that is running a r35 trying to get a kill but barly making it to the fight cause of how slow they are
A tip for the people struggling with the aim indicator. If you aim a little bit in front of the indicator, then you actually hit the target. I noticed that after playing arcade for a long time. Hope this helps someone😂
You see that guys? arcade is lots of fun, you should definitely play it more often, this was definitely fun to watch.
It *can* be as a nice break from realistic!
As a person still playing arcade in rank 4 thinking on going to realistic once I hit rank 5 and the jets

Is it just me or the aiming guide circle in Arcade feels off ?
Im sticking with AB for the last 3 years, especially after a 8 hours of working. AB re soo much fun and chaos ( where u can see a 109 dogfighting a ki43 =}} )

It took me an embarrassing amount of time to stop relying on the circle and trust my instincts & it's dramatically improved my success. It's useful for headons & when you are trailing a foe just slightly off center but if attacking from anything more than a 15° angle, it's unreliable at best & downright misleading at worst.
Also I suspect it doesn't factor in your gun convergence either. I typically play at 800m and it doesn't kick on regardless of personal setting until ~750 I think. I'm usually starting to engage at 1km now in 4.7br

Air AB is like RB on meth
Most pilots don't have the stamina and G-Force training for those manouvers in arcade^^
21:42 litterly u can just use turret and hes gone right if u know u cant win him in 1v1
I often switch between Air Realistic and Air Arcade. There is totally a difference and often not for the best.

The D510 is never to be underestimated.

"A little bit" of use on the P-36? That was used on both sides... The French before they capitulated vs the Germans, and after to oppose the US during Operation Torch. The Finns used them to great success vs the Soviets. The British used them in Asia to ... eh, some success. Of course, some of the first US victories were in P-36s over Pearl Harbor - which I think is the only time they saw use with US forces. And they were exported *everywhere* in both fixed and retractable gear versions. I want to say some lasted in South America into the 50s, but I'd have to double check that. And yeah, it's a P-40 with a radial engine... or, rather, the P-40 was a development of the P-36 with an inline.
