    THANK YOU!!! I made about 20 paper roses and gave them wire stems. I have struggled to put paper around the wire. This is the best demonstration of how to do this. I will not give up in frustration, but try it your way

    Thanks for a great tutorial. I found when rolling the square for the stamen, using a bamboo skewer (or toothpick for small ones) made this task less fiddly and gives a good tight roll.

    Does anyone else get caught up trying to read the pages as fast as you can when they're up to try to figure out what book it's from before you realize you'd forgotten you have add really bad forcing you to rewind to catch back up? Or is it just me? Love the video by the way I'm learning this for my wife it's her favorite flower.

    Do you have a template for this? I've been trying to make some for my wedding but I can't honestly get the fit right. They always look lopsided with one side bigger than the other and off center.

      Hi! Sorry you're having trouble but unfortunately I don't have a template for the shape. Even though it's a raindrop shape, it's really closer to a circle shape with a pointy bit on one side. Try and make the body of it bulbous and symmetrical - maybe use a compass to draw an initial circle shape and go from there? It took me a bit of experimenting with scrap pieces of paper to get there. Congrats on the wedding btw :)

    But a question can i put paper stem

    • @RokoleeDIY
      @RokoleeDIY  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      If you rolled paper tightly enough you could use that as a stem, it just won't be as strong as wire :)

    Not crazy abiut the stem look but flower looks pretty

    can we use news paper

    • @RokoleeDIY
      @RokoleeDIY  7 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Hi! Newspaper might be too thin and flimsy to hold its shape very well I think, so I would maybe glue 2 pieces of newspaper together before I used it. Thanks for watching :)
