As a Turk I am very proud of the Unique'e Luxury house, I have not yet had the chance to smell Istanbul, it's on my list for sure, I own Kutay very strong projection, sillage and it lasts 12 plus hours 🔥🔥🔥

When you hit rock-bottom on this fragrance, that remaining aroma is just heavenly and overall it's gorgeous.
I was really hoping this would be a dupe for Penthaligon's Constantinople. I knew it was a long shot, though. Haha. The bottle and cap are gorgeous on this one!
Well, almost everyone I know mentioned it smells almost like Kilian Love Don't Be Shy, but Istanbul is the amped up version of that. Since I don't have that or never smelled it, I can't compare. But this here is a gorgeous fragrance

i got the beverly exclusive...ohbmy its like my next naxos fresher and floraly..i gotta try this one and they got afew hitters..need to sample them.. scent spilt here i come..

My sample came today..,oh my Istanbul neroli jasmine notes are just beautiful.. abit sweet and woody too i get.. im loving it...but holyyy akendiz one is long lasting one 😅,, oil still on my hand visible after almost 1hr spray.. this house is awesome

It seems like it. Even last night I put on 4 sprays after a shower and then headed to a local diner like 3 blocks away. It was breezy and relatively cooler compared to what it was in NYC in the last couple days. That cashier girl smiled and said you smell amazing while returning my card. Now, mind you that I went out after about 2 hours since I applied the fragrance. Also I noticed several ppl looking over their shoulders. The diner's pretty spacious though.

@@brian19869 It is IDENTICAL. Annoying actually as I already own 2 bottles of LDBS OG Black and White bottles. It may smell different on skin but even Boadicea Love Poison you can differentiate between that one and LDBS.

@@brian19869 I honestly feel this a clone of Kilian LDBS and the quality of the notes in LDBS in superior for sure and I do not like the dry down almost chemical peppery on me. I have the new formulation like you so it could be watered down compared to before. I'll be selling my bottle for sure. Presentation is impressive though.
Is it overly sweet ? I love sweet scents but hate it if it’s overly done
As someone who also doesn't like overly sweet fragrances, I can safely say for me, this was on the right amount. Say, a little more than the sweetness in Ani.
Is the fragrance still beast mode? I saw a comment on fragrantica to say that the brand had reformulated. I have just ordered a bottle and really hoping it’s still beast mode
So far, I'm yet to get a day without very good performance. Works very well on my skin and I, for one, love to keep my senses open when I apply a fragrance and go into public. Like if you just walked into a restaurant and within a few minutes, you notice glances, you know for sure that the fragrance is certainly in the air. Also the servers will often come up and mention it cuz they're moving around. Just my way of observing and taking notes. Hope that helps. 🙏

I personally found it very interesting. The longevity is great and it's not super loud making it more wearable. I leaves an enormous scent trail for sure due to it's concentration.

@@user-dj1dg3sp6o Since you mention about starting, I would recommend Istanbul. Akdeniz is a mix of many things that are not usually seen in a "fresh" type fragrance. In case you've not experienced Argos Brivido Della Caccia or Junaid Perfumes Rafa, then I would not blindly buy Akdeniz. Istanbul is more of a gourmand nature and the composition is rather suitable for blind buy as opposed to Akdeniz. If you happen to be a part of some fragcomm group, see if someone is decanting or get a sample pack first. That should help better.
@@brian19869I live in Pakistan atm and its hard getting decants for this here. They are selling full bottles of Kutay, Istanbul and Akdeniz.. so I was trying to figure out which one to get first. I most likely will end up getting Kutay and Istanbul to start off with. Thanks for the detailed response for Akdeniz. I was looking for a summer niche beast mode scent and i thought to blind buy Akdeniz for summer. If you have any other recommendations for summer niche beast mode that would be appreciated.😊
@@user-dj1dg3sp6oto me akendiz is quite challenging. It’s loud and nuclear with amazing longevity but not my favorite. I feel like the more versatile and mass appealing would be zen’gi. It smells like mangonificent but fresher and more masculine to me. Still smells like a nice fruity mango 🥭 11/10
