Abul Qasim, yo creo que ya llegó el invierno y sus vecinos no tienen un techo donde vivir, ademas si usted lo permite, Mohamed puede construir un cuarto donde vivir, así por lo menos pasan el invierno, mientras que consiguen los permisos requeridos por la ciudad y si pueden vivir por un tiempo en un techo seguro y cálido, confiar en Dios que por el momento no se los destruyan. Además, Mohamed no tiene guardado ningún dinero para pagar las sumas exageradas por alquilar una casa, que de todas formas no les va a quedar como propia, en cambio el terreno donde están viviendo no se los van a quitar, porque tú se lo regalaste para que vivan, por favor ayúdalos a que construyan y averigüen por los permisos legales. Se que ya muchas familias nómadas están construyendo sus Casas en las montañas, porque no tienen otra opción y no se van a quedar esperando que llegue el invierno.
