My mum is currently sick in hospital. I needed this today. Been strong all day in front of my family, but this caused the floodgates to open when I got home and closed the door behind me. I feel so much better for it. I read once that certain musical notes can move us in ways we may never understand. This track is swimming with them. :)

My mother passed away in 2021, almost at the end of Covid. The vaccines were about to arrive in Brazil, but they weren't fast enough to help my mother. I remember the pain to this day. My father and sister went to get my mother's things and a silence took over the car and I felt like I needed to put on some music to let things go, to make the pain go away. I simply put this song on in the car. My father and sister, on the way to her house, hugged each other in the car at the traffic light while the music made the pain go away and we remembered her. This song was and is a great reminder of her in our family. We always remember her with her. Thanks for music ♥

This is one of those melodic songs that just aren't really happy, but not really sad either... It's like I'm feeling melancholy but I want to smile about it. Goddamn it, it's just a MASTERPIECE, though... It's GOOOOOOD, so GOOOOOOD! I like a lot of electronic music, but mostly I'm into other stuff.. But I want to thank Lane 8 for giving me "my buzz" into a specific part. Darkpsy or euro trance couldn't do it. Never felt it touched ME, but wow when I finally found progressive/deep house.. or tech house? Genres are important to me because I can easily identify what makes it specifically "deep" or "tropical". It helps me to understand music better, which is good for a musician.
All I remembered of house music was from back in the days, well... It wasn't fun. But this, wow. It beats it all. Progressive, melodic, minimalistic at times, good steady slower bpm... Puts me in a perfect mood. Thanks.

Its 11pm here and for a second I thought I was dreaming when I saw this collaboration. Having heard it, I'm positive I'm dreaming.
My PhD Thesis is quite challenging to musical traditionalists but my research suggests that all music is a derivation of the christmas tune ' Jingle Bells ' which informs musicians phrasing and symphonic acousticalness. It really starts to ' kick ' at 0.50 and by the time we hit 2.50 the mask is finally lifted and we are into full blown chrimboness of the highest order ! I like to play along with the spoons as an accompaniment and find this cracking tune similar to putting a wood chopping tool in the fridge - it's good to chill axe with.There,that feels better !
