I agree with you, Nobuyuki Hiyama is a very popular voice artist in video games and anime and the fact that he was based in Tokyo, meant that there was only so much that he could do in Osaka where SNK was based. This release is definitely a nice piece of fan service.
@@MightyKombat I think it's the same one that he has been using for his regular Neo Geo that he got a while back at the start of the year (though I could be wrong), however the colours and picture in general are a little darker as a result.

He got a new Neo Geo CDZ with an English Bios installed on it. He has replayed a lot of his Neo Geo CD games as a result.
@@David315842 He also got new capture devices for the CDZ too so they're a lot crisper than before.
